Cons Cons: The original square hardware I went through a few of them cause they just stopped working, but they have improved now. No issues with the new Gen. It’s quick and easy to use, which is a huge plus on a busy day. Pros Square is so user friendly. It’s easy to create or add products, and I can access it via laptop, iPad or on my phone. People who have never used it before have been able to step in and learn how to easily navigate it in order to run our merch booth. I also like that there is an option to send invoices. Cons Nothing at this time! I’ve recommended Square payments to others looking for a safe and efficient way to capture payments across several different applications (churches, small businesses). Being able to take card payments increased my income exponentially and being able to add custom inventory items quickly was great as well. Pros Square makes it so easy to take mobile payments quickly and securely no matter where you are. The options for email or text receipts is very useful as well, and adding inventory items into the app is simple too. Cons I've never had an issue with Square where I've felt dissatisfied with the service. The rates are comparable to Stripe and other similar services.
