Pros Easy Integration with our HRMS leads to very fast usage of this application. The support is very good and we get the response to our issue within 24 hours. Cons Look and Feel needs to be improved. It was assured by the company that their new version coming in Q1 of 2018 has all these concerns address. Looking forward for the new version. It is very user friendly and with multiple reporting systems meets our expectations. The continuous support system by Enthral, had many times gone beyond our expectations, when he had reached out for any technical or functional support. Cons The platform can be challenging to navigate for non-tech-savvy course creators, the course creation is a very lengthy process. Improving the user-friendliness would greatly benefit those less familiar with technology. Additionally, the report structure needs refinement, as there is a lot of repeated data. Having a single report with all data available, along with filters would enhance the usability and efficiency of the platform. It's packed with many great features like assesments, resource sharing. I would recommend this product for any fast growing enterprise. Pros I like the flexibility of using e-learning platform on many different devices and platforms. This product is affordable for every user as the lowest plan cost around $24. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate. Cons Login issues as I wasn't able to login after putting correct credentials many times. Free version is not available.
