Pros

What I like the most about Grammarly is how convenient it is to use. No matter where I am or what I'm doing, I can easily access Grammarly to help me spot and correct any errors in my writing. Not only does Grammarly detect spelling, grammar, and punctuation mistakes, but it also helps me to improve my writing with better vocabulary, structure, and clarity. It's an invaluable resource that makes it easier to produce accurate and well-crafted writing.

Cons

The cost of using some of the more advanced features can be quite steep, especially if they are only being used sporadically.

Pros

The spell/grammar check is my favorite part of the software and the reason why I got it. It also lets you know the tone of your writing which is amazing because I never want to come off the wrong way. I can also be a bit wordy, so the feature that tells you if a sentence can be rephrased is incredible. All around amazing product.

Cons

My only issue is with the Chrome extension. It can be slow or buggy, but overall it does the job when I need it usually.

Pros

The grammar and autocorrect features are most significant for me as English is not my first language. It makes my writing seamless. It is very straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

I would suggest that it also incorporates other languages. It should also be available for use offline especially with the power cuts.

In terms of the benefit for my business, I would say that, since I discovered Grammarly a year ago, my work submitted, had better reviews and as for business, it helped me immensely with my communication skills.

The features was and is very impactful on the skope of work that needs to get out on time.

Cons

There is absolutely no complaint on our end as I would have to make something up in order not to sound too optemistic about Grammarly but that would be extremely unfair of me.

Love it - absolutely love it.

Pros

There isn't one thing - it is the whole package. I use this program every day, dozens of times a day. it finds typos and spelling errors and grammatical errors and makes all kinds of suggestions to improve my business letters.

Cons

That it is stuck on British Spelling and I don't know how to change it to American Spelling of words.

I tried out the free version and this was working for me so I went all the way with it and have been thrilled I did!

Overall experience is quite satisfactory, I think you should take service of a good teacher who teaches grammar to the higher grades. He can suggest you some issues, and then you can solve them easily.

Pros

The most salient feature of this software is that helps the creativity of the user. As he keeps using the software his knowledge of vocabulary increases. He feels more comfortable and comfortable in his professional career.

Cons

I have already mentioned in the feature of 'punctuation' , it needs some improvements. It ignores the nature of statement and the rating of the post does affect resultantly.

### "My Grammarly Experience"

I have become faster in typing business letters and sending them to recipients knowing that the text is well written for effective communication. I have learned a lot about the tone of my text just by frequently using Grammarly.

Pros

The most impactful features are grammar, spelling, and punctuation checkers. The product setup and product use are quite easy. It integrates well with Microsoft-word, browsers (edge and chrome for windows) and email.

Cons

For some reason, the software does not capitalise the first letter of my sentences and I have to go back to correct them manually. maybe it's the settings, but that should be the default.

Business problem solved with Grammarly: auto-correction of words, correction of lame or ambiguous sentences, automatic saving of information, easy to use and very competitive.

Pros

The most outstanding features of this product are its ease of use. You may not be a good computer person, but you can use it easily. it corrects by itself all the erroneous sentences by underlining them. And, precisely with a right click, everything is back to normal.

Cons

I find the free version very limited. That doesn't give you a lot of choice. If you could add a few more features to the free version that would be great, but it's a suggestion. It doesn't work on everything, but I think it can be fixed.

### "Like Hiring an English Teacher for your Staff"

The content of our communications is vital to our reputation. Because we treat clients from an area covering multiple states, most of our partners, donors, and collaborators know us primarily through our electronic communication. While our employees are excellent at providing professional services at the highest level in person, their expertise does not necessarily translate into the ability to write professionally. Poorly worded, awkwardly formatted, and incorrectly spelled emails and messages cast our organization in an unfavorable light and led people to question our ability to provide quality treatment. Our initial response was to require approval from executive staff members of all communications. We quickly realized that this solution was unsustainable, but short of hiring a linguistic professional full time, we did not have any viable options to solve our problem. With our recent addition of Grammarly Business, we have found our solution. Our employees send messages and emails out immediately without having to wait for approval. Their mistakes are identified and corrected, and the Business versions additional features provide assistance in structuring their content in the best possible way. Our senior staff is no longer spending hours of their day proofreading, which frees them to do their primary jobs. Finally, and most importantly, we have the confidence that the quality of our program will be reflected in our communications and our reputation will be improved.

Pros

Grammarly Business improves our outgoing communication not only by preventing errors but also by actively improving our content. Prior to implementing this software, we had to require that any and all documents bearing our name be proofread and approved by a senior staff member. We have terrific employees who are great at their jobs, but we do not hire them based on their ability to write essays. This resulted in important communications being sent that were filled with grammatical and spelling errors, which did not instill confidence in our company. To combat this, senior staff were constantly being forced to proofread dozens of messages, emails, and documents daily, causing time delays in important messages being sent and costing our company in lost productivity. With Grammarly Business, we now have full confidence in what is being sent out in our name. The errors are solved, and the suggestions that it provides in real time assist our employees in writing the most effective way.

Cons

We are a substance abuse treatment center, and frequently use terms and phrases that are common to our industry. Grammarly Business routinely flags certain items that are correct as written, which causes our employees to disregard the instances when it has correctly identified mistakes. We have had to instruct our employees to treat every occasion as if the mistake is legitimate unless they know conclusively that it is correct.

I realized when writing their were errors that went unnoticed and received clarity by using Grammerly. It reduced the time I had and I was able to complete other task as well.

Pros

The features most impactful is the paraphrasing and grammar check to ensure accuracy. The product is easy to use and train to increase productivity. The product integration has a built in system and allows other integrations as well. Also, the product allows a free service to sign up.

Cons

The con is the Grammarly Premium comes at a cost around $30 and it allows different payment forms. However, the product is worth it and it offers more value than what is being paid for to use the service.

Grammarly is the best option I know of that will proofread in different websites and softwares. I am happy with it's use and I am glad my company has full access to its features.

Pros

I like that Grammarly works in all the software and websites I use. It's nice to have a proofreading tool in software and websites that don't automatically have proofreading. I also like the tone tool. I feel like it helps with making sure my messages don't come across in the wrong manner. I use that feature in almost every message I sent out.

Cons

I feel like the proofreading tool is good but not great. I have found it to not always be accurate and I have to double-check its suggestions at times.

Pros

The ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment. It's been so long since I've had a grammar class and not only does this service fix my grammar issues, it I learn each time the software improves my sentence structure, punctuation and grammar.

Cons

I do not have any cons at this time. To my knowledge there's not other software solutions out there that solve this problem.

### "Faulty integration with Microsoft tolls"

I will not use this application any more because it is limited only to English language and not always I agree with style suggestions. Also, integration with other tools is not working correctly.

Pros

Well, I liked the hype and how it should help me. In theory this tool should be nice but does not provide actual value. The integration with Microsoft tools is nice since I use them daily.

Cons

The most annoying thing with Grammarly is that it broke my Microsoft Word and Outlook application after integration. Some function just stopped working which were important to me. So, I needed to uninstall the plugins. But without integration, Grammarly is useless because I will not copy paste my text to other windows. I need real time help because speed is important to me. Also, I did not notice any added value more than Microsoft spell checker gives.

My overall experience while using grammarly is very great for my business because it helps me to keep my sentences and paragraphs very short and concise, I love to just get straight to the point and it makes me as an individual writing more professional and feel smart. I would definitely recommend and I'd give it a 9.5/10.

Pros

First time using a software like grammarly and I can comfortably say, it's hands down great for what it does, I definitely wasn't expecting that much but it really blew my mind. It's a really great software, very easy to use and I really love it, by the way my free trial has just ended and I'm planning on getting the paid version now. My most favorite and impactful feature on grammarly would definitely be the "feeling tab" where after you've constructed a phrase or paragraph, it shows you the emotion or feeling it senses from the entire paragraph and tell you how it sound, for example it's feeling appreciative, Cool and or neutral.

Cons

My least favorite thing on grammarly I'd probably say it's based on the fact that it doesn't pops up everywhere I type a sentence or paragraph, maybe it needs to widen its featuring based on these platforms.

We use this in University, and it's amazing. It makes student life easier, especially for non-native English speakers. I'm a non-native English speaker at university and I use it every day with my assignments. This is because it's the one recommended.

Pros

I love the friendly design, it's childish and inviting. I love the font. I love the color. THE NAMING IS WITTY. I love the extension of the web. It helps in a lot of the text boxes found on the web. I love the emoji icon that lets you know if your spellings are correct or if you don't have any grama issues.

Cons

I don't like the logo. It's a cliche. And most of the features that are good are on the paid plan, unlike ProWritingAid.

My experience is distinctive in general. Since using it, my abilities to write in English have greatly improved, as every day he teaches me many words and rules.

Pros

Since my native language is not English, when I write emails, letters, and reports in English, I always make misspellings, in addition to Grammar mistakes, and it's always awkward at times. With the use of Grammarly Business, my writing abilities have improved and become more accurate and expressive. Really, a more than wonderful program, wherewith a nominal subscription fee, you will ensure the presence of a permanent assistant, which alerts you when you type any word incorrectly and also works to fix Grammar in a distinctive way.

Cons

The program is excellent, as just subscribing to it will alert you to spelling errors in all the web pages you use to write. I don't think there are any downsides. The program works as hard as it can to ensure that the user gets the best and most expressive sentences.

### "Grammarly is my go to editor! "

Grammarly allows me to create powerful, well-written content for fundraising appeals, social media, our business website, and newsletters. While I'd love to have a professional editor on staff to work with, our organization can't afford it. Thankfully, Grammarly provides excellent editing support for a fraction of the cost.

Pros

I found Grammarly about 10 years ago when I began a job in communications. Prior to that position, I had been a graphic designer, responsible for the visual layout of information but not for writing content so when I was tasked with both creating content and design I knew I needed something to help me make my writing shine. Grammarly did just that. I use it daily to help catch those pesky typos and to ensure that my communications are well written and meet the goals I am wanting to achieve. It's my go-to editor!

Cons

I really don't have any complaints about Grammarly. I've tried other editing software and always come back to Grammarly.

In general, I prefer the Grammarly tool because it saves time with high performance in writing content and proofreading texts I recommend it to all business owners who consider that time is money.

Pros

What I like the most about the Grammarly tool is that it helps me to complete writing files and email with speed and confidence, in addition to its ease of use with many applications, as well as the presence of a free version that meets most of my needs while writing texts.

Cons

As for the negatives of the tool, they are almost very few, such as the error that occurs when writing names, but it is easy to ignore them, as well as the price of the paid version is rather high for some users.
