The suggestions work in the web and most apps across the computer, so it integrates well into everyday work without changing people's workflows much 2. The tone suggestions are genuinly useful, and I do catch myself using a bad tone sometimes with it and change it to be more helpful 3. The 'brand dictionary' is useful to exclude specific words from being flagged up Cons 1\. There isn't a way to exclude a certain paragraph of text from Grammarly suggestions. For example, we have a paragraph of text at the bottom of every email we send and this always comes up with red lines over it which is annoying because we do not need it to check that text 2. The analytics is rather barebones, it's not terrible but I would like some more options to dive deeper into. 3. For me, sometimes the lines under the words do not line up right on my screen which causes red lines to appear randomly on my screen which isn't nice to look at. Review Source AM Alan M.
