Little do my co-workers know, I am using a magnificent software called Grammarly Business. Pros Whether you are a content writer or otherwise, Grammarly Business is an essential tool for everyone working on the computer. The Chrome extension is absolutely God-Sent. Grammarly is a commanding, genuine and precise software. It can correct spelling blunders, ensure that there is no breach of copyright, and also confirms grammatical boo-boo’s Cons Sometimes Grammarly Business also attempts to correct something which is already fine with grammar as well as spelling. Pros For as person such as myself who needs to write many things including contracts, emails to clients, web things, private blog post, and other such things related to my online photography business, this program has been a life saver. It will automatically correct my spelling my grammar, and my sentence structures to sound my professional, especially if I'm in a hurry and don't have a ton of time to sit and type. Love this program! Cons I've never very little cons with it. You just have to be able to accept that sometimes your writing isn't always the greatest, and that sometimes we all need a little help in that area. November 21, 2018 5.0 It helps A LOT when you have multiple emails to send a day, as you want to ensure that everything you send is grammatically correct. Pros Grammarly Business is a life saver when it comes to drafting emails, documents, and files. I enjoy grammar and punctuation detector, spellcheck, and word choice and style mistakes in writings. All these features come in handy when you want to send an important document, because nothing is more frustrating on someone's end than when they receive an email from a respected individual, only to be hit with grammar mistake after grammar mistake. This is a lifesaver! Cons On occasion, my browser's spellcheck and the Grammarly spellcheck would argue with each other, creating a bit of a mess on my screen, as I would have 2 dialogues popping up, but after clicking off them, it isn't much of a problem. I had it installed on my computer because that's where I do most of my work, When it really got interesting, I decided to install it in my phone to help my use of English. Pros I see it as my writing angel. It has helped improve my English and am still learning from it. It does not just correct your errors, It gives you possible solutions to reduce redundancy. Cons I will like them to make the private information there end to end encrypted, Because there are people that have Grammarly in their phone, if Grammarly can pick up messages to correct, it's possible that they can pick up a security pin, password, etc. And we really don't know how long it can be stored in their database. Pros Everything is amazing from the spelling to check down to the AI writing software. I also use the chrome extension and It is a lifesaver on countless essays, emails and other writing tasks. Cons Sometimes there were occasional glitches with the words it would highlight, despite the word being correct, however, after a few minutes, it realises that and doesn't highlight it again. I use Grammarly on everything, I'm using it right now as I write this review thanks to the Chrome extension. Pros Grammarly makes it easy to check my grammar in blog posts, social posts, editorials, emails, and so much more. I love the chrome extension, and it's currently in Beta on Google docs, which is very exciting. With Grammarly you can set goals and view insights on your writing. This is very helpful and educational. I know my grammar has improved by using Grammarly. Cons Grammarly isn't perfect, but neither is grammar. Grammarly catches my mistakes, but there are times its suggestions aren't correct. I look at its suggestions and decide whether or not it makes sense. Without it, I think I would have made numerous mistakes in several business interactions. Pros I do not think I have had a day go by where Grammarly has not caught me with an embarrassing mistake. It is easy to use, follows me over to all of my browsers and email clients, and the suggestions/corrections are always on point. Cons My only drawback with Grammarly Business is the price. If it came down a little, I would have absolutely no issue with it. As I'm not sure that the value for someone in my position is directly returned for using it. One of our key pieces of business software. Pros Our team would be far less productive if we ever dared to stop using Grammarly. The software allows the staff to compose written communications quickly and effectively, with near-perfect spelling, punctuation, and grammar. (Note; Grammarly just identified 4 errors in this posing which I corrected with 2 mouse clicks each!) Users can focus on the content of their message and Grammarly helps them clean up the mechanics of the message. It works across virtually any application involving writing. It is also very easy to install and implement. Cons It isn't "context" aware so it will sometimes identify issues that are genuine, but not relevant to the type of document you are working on. This is a very minor issue and doesn't impact our use of the software or it's effectiveness. Reason for choosing Grammarly Business More effective, automatic or easy to use, more comprehensive.
