### "Great for custom fillable forms"

We slowly got rid of drawers upon drawers full of old paper hard copies of work orders. All new work is digitally filed with a PDF, pictures included, and easy to look up historical work orders. Support team at Field2Base is typically responsive and listens to my feedback to improve the software. Constantly working to make the software better, add features and fix bugs that are found.

Pros

Forms can be designed to look exactly like your current paper forms if desired. Custom business rules can be put in place to make sure users fill in forms correctly. Unlimited potential using JavaScript coding to power the form. Low learning curve for users even with limited touch-device experience.

Cons

Sometimes documentation is lacking for advanced functions but this has been improved greatly. There is no way to conditionally format (font, color, etc..) regions based on values. Forms have static backgrounds and regions so they cannot dynamically adjust based on the data like a web page or reports can.

Reason for choosing Field2Base

Pricing was less, without extra features we did not necessarily need. Field2Base has just the right features we needed to fit in with our existing scheduling software.

### "Field 2 Base is a game-changer!"

Pros

Timesheets are submitted with accuracy due to the drop down menus and rules we created. Labor and equipment hours are imported into our accounting software, eliminating the need for data entry. This software has drastically reduced the number of hours spent processing payroll. Also, it is user-friendly which is important for our field employees. While payroll was our main reason for purchasing the software, we have implemented its use across other departments. We can import live data and no longer need to be concerned with obsolete forms being used. We receive all of our documents at the click of a button and are able to retrieve the history at any time.

Cons

The software does not recognize an employee who is on multiple timesheets. Therefore, straight time versus overtime is not always captured correctly. However, this is minor and easy to fix.

The product is a fantastic tool to help ease the paperwork burden required to start our services.

### "Field2base has saved our company thousands of dollars over paper cost alone!"

I have already gotten two companies to begin implementation of this program! Saved us time and money on paper and administrative costs.

Pros

\-Digital "paper trail" for easy tracking of forms and analytics. -Great portal for viewing the form traffic -Ability to resend, send back to user, send back to a different user, and to edit the form on different devices. -Customer support is very responsive, helpful, and most importantly...Friendly!

Cons

\-did not scale well for our company application (100 or so users) -too many systems needed to create a form. (Create the form in one program, print as a picture file in another program, then create the form in Field2base's program). -Editing a form after creation was very invasive/time consuming and typically needed to be recreated.

### "Review of F2B"

We are slowly transitioning from paper to electronic form documents. Overall, this has been very smooth. Users are excited to jump on board. Our return on investment has outweighed the cost of F2B.

Pros

There are many features about field2base that make it the best solution on the market for getting documents from the field to the office. The one thing I would say I liked the most is the adaptability. We can design our forms to look and feel as close to the original paper forms as we want. This makes the transition from paper a lot easier on the end user.

Cons

As an admin, the thing I like the least is the complicity of the workflow creations. Once a workflow is created by a F2B engineer, it works perfectly. I just wish that could be done by the end user.

Pros

The great F2B staff. They are always there to help assist in any way they can. We use both iOS and Android versions of the mobile software and also their Data Integration Module for getting the data from the forms into our core backend application. The products are very stable.

Cons

The iOS version of the mobile client could be stronger. It would also be helpful to add a Mac client of their application used in creating/coding forms called Forms Designer.

### "Best way to streamline processes"

Eliminated many problems , from lost paperwork to hard to read handwriting. Easy to look up past paperwork.

Pros

No hard to read handwriting for the office staff to figure out.

Cons

The updating process every year just because of the nature of getting all employees to update.
