Cloud PBX app with CRM and Salesforce integration. Converts voice calls into online meetings via VoIP and manages lines processes.
Use this as our phone system.
Pros: Has a lot of features. Most of which we don't even use. Customer support and setup crew was friendly and a lot of help.
Cons: Almost too many features. So many buttons on a phone. Also who still uses desk phones in 2018?? Works well though.
Overall: Works well and allows interoffice communication.
