Pros: This software is completely bespoke tailor made to suit our large venue. We operate 26 function rooms and it gives us the functionally we require to produce accurate and in-depth contracts & function sheets as well as reports for departments of varying levels. The system is fully integrated with EPOS making executing events and billing far easier than system we have used in the past. Millennia has the ability to export data to varying levels of accuracy for database analysis and mailshots. Millennia has been custom made to suit our venue for our large Christmas Party Market. we now have the ability to make bookings each with their own ticket number, we can track payments, send our client confirmations and produce reports for the whole evening based on the attendees booked. This has made the whole process slicker and means we have been able to work completely paperless for Christmas bookings of over 5500 covers.

Cons: Forecast reporting isn't as accurate as we would like and it does not have the ability to report NET value. Some reports cannot be exported into Excel which would be useful but things can be developed if required

Millennia is an excellent product from a most reliable company. We would not use any other software.

Pros: Millennia is now at the forefront of all the Club's processes. From our Point of Sale terminals, the events diary, and of course the management of the Membership, Millennia is used to administrate it all. It has completely revolutionised the day to day running of the business, improving efficiency and allowing us to provide an even better service to our members.

The online Members area provided is particularly impressive, giving our members an easy to use portal to manage their membership, i,e pay bills, update details or book Club events.

Cons: The software is very user friendly, however with such an expansive product, sometimes on occasions certain applications can be difficult to locate if you have not used them for sometime. This however is alleviated by a very reliable support team.

Working with the team at The Athenaeum Club is a pleasure; they are always professional and able to generate new ideas. The on-line Member Search with biography means members can self serve what other members can see. We look forward to continuing a great working relationship.

Pros: We have a long standing relationship with Infodata and have used their hotel software since the late 1980's. We have always felt valued as a customer and Infodata have been very responsive in terms of development of new products as our business has grown over the years. The Millennia software is not over complicated, making it easy for any new users to integrate and quickly feel part of the team. Customer support is very good and Infodata have an excellent understanding of our business and how they can best help us to get the maximum benefit from their software.

Cons: We have an ongoing list of software enhancements that we are working on with Infodata, although occasionally some items may take a bit of time to be completed. A few limitations on functionality do affect our ability to match the software with our specific needs, but this may be due to the complex nature of our business.

Pros: Ease of use, logical and methodical structure to the layout.
Fully integrated online booking system on website that updates the server with new bookings in real time. Clear and easy to interpret occupancy charts.
Food and Beverage and POS system fully integrated with easily accessible back end for adding or removing products. Good structure with parent items if using the stock system (add on), stock taking and product audit functions available.
Server cards, time keeping and separate logins for different staff.
Fully integrated sales and marketing suite too!

Cons: Switching between the POS and Hotel System on the terminals can be a bit slow at times, but this is only a minor niggle.

Millennia is a great product offering excellent customer support an value for money.

Pros: The product is specifically designed for use in clubs with membership its focal point.
It is easy to train and easy to use.The support and training are excellent. it offers good value for money both in purchase and annual costs. It is being continually developed to meet changing demands by its customers.

Cons: Compared with other systems on the market the reporting could be improved instead of PDF more opportunity to export into excel.

We will continue to expand the number of reports which can be exported to Excel in the coming year. In 2018 we will also be addressing some security vulnerabilities and issues raised by the new GDPR legislation.

Pros: Works for all outlets across the Club - Accommodation, Dining Rooms, Banqueting and thus able to link them all together and get quick and accurate sales figures across the Club. Customer service is excellent and you can get a response really quickly and always done in a friendly manner.

Cons: When changing price for an item, you have to change the price again in every other outlet which can take its time and you can often forget to update the price in every department. Members making payments could be done a little smoother as you have to make two separate payments

Pros: Millennia is very easy to use and understand. It is not over complicated and when training new members of staff they pick it up very quickly. The support team in the office are brilliant, always have a solution to a problem and available 24/7.

Overall: We are very happy with all aspects of how the software operates and the support we receive.

Pros: It has allowed us to properly integrate our hotel functions into our membership system which means our members can now drill down into their use of the club. New features are being introduced all the time and and it has a useful set of web applications and they are mobile enabled.

Cons: I have some specific reporting requirements which can't be output in one report. However this is due to the way we use the system.

Pros: It works for Clubs on all levels, in all areas. The EPOS terminals are simple and practical, easy to update and use.

Cons: Like all software, it takes time to learn. However I did my learning 16 years ago and now I learn the new upgrades as and when.

Overall: My life is easier with it.

Pros: -Works well
- User friendly
- Excellent and friendly support
-Queries and problems generally resolved quickly and efficiently
-Many of the reports can be exported to Excel

Cons: -Updates can take long to implement
-Probably not using the reporting facilities to the full extent (as not aware of the facilities)
