We would switch if we weren't locked into it because of how our suppliers installed our pumps. It is the most frustrating piece of technology any of us have ever dealt with. Super hard to set up the system, the software is a joke with how outdated it is, it takes forever to figure out how to even have customers pay with cash, and all of us dread ever having to use it because something is constantly going wrong with it. Pros I honestly have nothing good to say about the software. Cons The software is extremely outdated. Based on the startup screen looks like it's running on Windows 7 and based on everything else it looks like it came out of a bad 80s movie. It's super hard to work with, our employees are terrified to use it because no one knows how to get it to do what we want. It seems like we're always troubleshooting some kind of error, and it has caused an incredible amount of frustration for us and our customers. Reasons for choosing Passport Point Of Sale We definitely wouldn't have, but our suppliers are the ones who installed it and now we're stuck with it. Pros Easy to train employees on, they catch on to it rather quickly. Cons It kind of has a late 90's early 2000's feel & look, but it does what it's suppose to and is fairly easy to use.
