"Support team is great, product is not"

**Pros:** The sales person and support people were quick to respond and made it simple to set up. They also did a great job at training us.

**Cons:** The system itself was clunky, difficult to customize, did not allow my assistant to be signed in at the same time as myself, and I was constantly having to ask the support team to fix issues.

**Reasons for Choosing net2phone:** The price of net2phone was considerably lower and it was more simple which is what I need as a single provider practice.

"Left us without the ability to use our phones a lot"

**Pros:** I really liked the teams integration of this product. It made making phone calls very easy and seamless all within one app.

**Cons:** This seemed to have crashed a lot. We were often left without the ability to use our phones which really hurts a customer service company
