There are nice visualizations of your neural network architecture and learning process using Tensorboard. Also, there are a lot of books and tutorials on how to use it. So you can implement and train your own network and visualize the output after. Cons It was hard to use and understand all TensorFlow's concepts during the first try(ies). I like the easy approach with which one can quick start and build a neural network. It has a wide set of functions available to perform variety of tasks. It's cross platform nature makes it one of the most popular libraries. It's integration with different libraries is very easy. Cons It would be cool if they provide a comprehensive documentation to understand what goes behind different TensorFlow concepts and simplify the examples for beginners to help them learn quickly. Pros You can always implement deep learning but the most efficient way is to do through tensorflow. You can create wonders using tensorflow. It offers a realistic approach to organize low levels of numerical programming by helping libraries that can allow your software to run without changes on a regular CPU. You get to visualize what you are doing with their dashboard visualizer which is basically google analytics for deep learning. I fell in love with Deep learning because of tensorflow. The programmer pilots almost every little detail. Pros TensorFlow is full-fledged, with lots of features. It's fairly easy to install, and there is a lot of resources out there to learn or get inspiration from. It's very powerful, and you can setup and tweak a lot of different machine learning algorithms. Cons There is a steep learning curve, especially if not strong in Machine Learning fundamentals. TensorFlow isn't a plug and play library, so there is a lot of code to be written that would've been abstracted in other libraries such as SciKit.
