When something goes wrong, resolving even a basic shipping issue can consume an unreasonable amount of time. Cons After more than a year of repeated problems, I can no longer recommend Easyship to any serious e-commerce business. We’ve dealt with accounts unexpectedly blocked, valid payment cards rejected because of Easyship’s own payment system, label-generation failures, and international shipments getting stuck or lost in their routing network. One shipment to Australia was never delivered after getting stuck in the USPS/ePost Global process in Carol Stream, IL. We had to refund the customer ourselves. Now another shipment to Saudi Arabia is showing a disturbingly similar problem. We also currently have a domestic USPS package missing for more than two weeks, with no resolution despite repeated escalations. And the support experience is always the same: Problem → generic answer → escalation → promise of an update → silence → chase Easyship again → silence I have wasted an unbelievable amount of time dealing with Easyship instead of running my businesses. This was my first time using Easyship for an international shipment, so I had quite a few questions and was nervous about making a mistake with customs documentation. I was also very impressed by Easyship's international shipping rates. I was comparing different shipping options for a package going to Israel, and other companies were quoting me prices in the range of $450–$750 CAD or more. Easyship was able to provide a shipping label for around $360 CAD, which was a significant difference and made Easyship a much more attractive option for me. Pros The customer support was excellent. From the moment I signed up, I received friendly, welcoming emails from \[sensitive content hidden\], who introduced themselves, offered their assistance, and made me feel welcome as a new user. Their communication was polite and professional, and it was reassuring to know that help was available if I needed it. I want to point out that I had a great experience with Aishwarya S, who was very patient, professional, and helpful when I had questions about my first international shipment. She took the time to explain the commercial invoice, customs documentation, and UPS shipping labels and helped put my mind at ease. She was also the one who reassured me that everything I did was fine and helped clarify currency conversion for me on invoices for international packages. Cons The commercial invoice and currency conversion initially caused some confusion for me. The invoice for shipping internationally displayed the value in the destination currency, and I initially thought the amount was incorrect because I was expecting to see the value in CAD. It would be helpful if the currency and conversion were more clearly indicated on the invoice.
