Overall my experience has been great. I love that they have set up a customer services specialist to help me out with my random questions and support me.

Pros

Easy to use, I like the verity of carriers they use. Good automation connecting to my small business website as well.

Cons

Doesn't automatically have you print out commercial invoices or give instructions on international shipments. Also, I wish they allowed services other than credit cards like Paypal or other payment forms.

Excellent customer service that is well above average, and easy interface and a stable of lower cost prices for couriers compared to other 3rd party platforms..

Pros

EasyShip's custmer service is top notch. Their customer service far surpasses countless platforms across many different spectrums. And their interface is very easy to learn. I was fortunate to have \[sensitive content hidden\] for support and \[sensitive content hidden\] is top shelf. Really helps and is extremely knowledgeable. I've had nothing but positive experiences with other reps I've worked with as well.

Cons

I wish they had my HTS code because I have to use a specific HTS code. They're HTS code doesn't pull up enough.

As mentioned, I've only been playing with the website to explore and test different features. When I've had a question, reaching a HUMAN to chat with was very helpful. (I hate bots)

Pros

It has the potential to be very valuable to me to overcome the USA tariff issue that has just cropped up. I have NOT yet used the shipping service, as I'm in the testing and evaluation mode.

Cons

Some minor things with entering shipment information. A slider is used to indicate prepaid tariffs and it's not clear which position it should be in. It would be easier to determine if there were appropriate check boxes.

I had been using this platform for a number of years, trusted it and it was my "go to" platform for deliveries/shipments which are mostly domestic (Singapore). But now I have closed my account.

Pros

1)Customer Support Team : efficient, patient, understanding, responds promptly with required assistance rendered. Especially excellent support from Sunanda and even Abhijith. 2) Easy navigation and booking of shipments. 3) Good selection of couriers.

Cons

I feel it was not secured enough that attempted fraud deliveries/shipments were generated without my knowledge when I did not sign in. As I'm the only one using the account, I'm quite appalled that someone else can book and generate labels using their fake names as Senders, and were not stopped in time, rather not monitored or flagged even though the phone numbers for the shipments were just "xxxxxx" or "oooo". I had been using only my name as Sender to book and generate labels all these years. So there is this loophole that fraud cases can easily happen.

Easy to buy shipping label and competitive prices. Easy to connect different platforms on one account. They also helped me and followed up when I had problems with USPS

Cons

No many options for Europe. It would be interesting to add a cheap option for long distance shipping to Europe or Australia even if longer shipping time

Very positive experience, has been helpful for us to reach our shipping goals and keep track of shipments. Overall has been a good partner for our shipping needs!

Pros

Very easy to use software, intuitive and clear UI. Shipment creation is easy, clear, and hassle free. Provides a lot of useful shipping data for tracking shipping spend. Shipments are very easy to navigate and the search function has many different vectors. Customer service has been prompt and helpful when needed.

Cons

EasyShip does not support some kinds of lithium battery shipments, so if you ship lithium batteries you will have some limitations.

Customer service person, \[sensitive content hidden\], was terrific. He stayed through many emails, replying and trying to help from his end. He went above and beyond the normal customer service and I can't express my appreciation enough. The insurance claim, in my situation, was difficult to navigate.

Pros

I thought the initial process was relatively easy, however, as I tracked the package, and was given promising dates, the package never arrived. Claiming insurance has been very difficult, and I am still hoping to receive the funds owed me.

Cons

filing a claim when my package was disappointedly not delivered has been a nightmare, I have had to reach out several times for help. Thankfully \[sensitive content hidden\] was more than helpful through the ongoing process. I am hopeful that I will be reimbursed for the package that was never delivered. (I would have been much happier had it reached the person intended)

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Easyship provides strong operational support across onboarding, customer service, and warehousing. While the contract structure could be more flexible for small businesses, the service quality itself has been reliable and supportive.

Pros

The onboarding experience has been very smooth, and the customer support team has been excellent — always responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. The warehouse team has also been able to accommodate our relatively complex packing and fulfillment needs, which we really appreciate.

Cons

The longer contract commitment feels a bit rigid for a small business. More flexible or shorter-term options would make it much easier for smaller brands in early growth stages.

Pros

There is not any pros, the most shocking company I have ever used, with a complete lack of communication. I cannot believe I had to give a star, it made me sick.

Cons

They smashed my delivery from overseas, I finally got the insurance payout approved which was paid to easyship and I am still trying to get it paid to my bank account.

Pros

many choices of courier company to choose from, shows past records even shipment details has been very long

Cons

1) sometimes got rejected, not sure is it courier company fault. if rejected, have to re-key everything again to proceed new shipment. 2) too many steps especially when u key in the weight and dimension in the first page, u need to key again at after a few page.

We've been using EasyShip for some time to ship our products. It provides a good overview of the packages sent, and the statistics allow you to get a good overview of your shipments. The support team is also always very friendly and quick to respond. The problem is usually resolved within a few minutes.

Pros

Easy to use. Reliable label creation. Good prices. Very fast support that helps you effectively.

Cons

Nothing. There are almost no problems with EasyShip. Very rarely, minor bugs occur that disappear after reloading the page.

Pros

They answer very fast and are always available. They provide precise and clear information and fix any issue very quickly ! The service is top notch.

Cons

Nothing at all. Or maybe, since I have to write something, the look and feel of their application website could be better. But it works perfectly and that's all a seller is asking for.

I didn't have any bad experience except that i didn't know or forgot I had to print and send the commercial invoice along with the parcel when sending from France to the UK with Chronopost. The parcel was returned to me. as with UPS it wasn't

Really helpful support team! From the moment I expressed an interest, I could talk to. a person who answered my questions and help with the set-up process.When I had a query regarding a shipment, \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me quickly and sorted out the problem, reverting to me when it was all done. I have not experienced such great customer care in a long time!

Publicité mensongère, cela ne fonctionnera pas si vous utilisez votre propre compte comme DHL Express + il y a énormément de bugs et ils vous forcent à envoyer leur propre interface de suivi au client qui n'est pas mise à jour en temps réel.
