I didn't want to give up because it impacts our ability to use the service if we can't file a claim when the shipment is damaged. Pros I have used other shipping websites. Easyship seems to provide all the available quotes. IDK how but for me it gives the impression to be more accurate and reliable. Cons The design is a little bit crowded (menu) at the right. Also, when searching for tracking status, it should be more easy to find. Our business does not need to keep track of inventory and many other features that seem to be required on Easyship.
