The UX has also improved over time to be pleasant, simple, and efficient. Pros Easyship allows ANY brand to ship global quickly and effortlessly. We had requests from customers to ship to their countries but were hindered by our lack of overseas shipping partners. Thanks to Easyship we can meet demand from all over. Cons As Easyship allows you to select from an assortment of logistics providers, some times customer service gets a little confusing. Pickup-related requests are directed from Easyship to the partner provider, and it soon becomes a three way conversation. Pros The cost savings even over eBay's discounted shipping is excellent in most cases, with multiple shipping options offered. Cons It is NOT mobile friendly at all. There NEEDS to be an app so it is functional on the small screen of a mobile device. We had a package sent and it sat for over a week in a warehouse. Easyship never took action until we contacted them. They didn't send tracking details, were ineffective at follow up, lied about the status of the package and were not proactive to attempt to resolve it. We had to follow up directly with the courier who was exceptionally more engaged than Easyship. Easyship is an unnecessary part of distribution and do not recommend using them as they do not have the capacity to deliver on their business promise. Pros It was easy to use. However, this does not mean it was intuitive. They have a long way to go before they are a value to end users. Cons If a mistake is made or instructions are not clear, there is no way to correct it other than starting over again. Support is great and our account manager is very responsive and helpful. I love that the system is so easy to use. It gives me one place where I can keep track of all of my shipments and the tracking details make communication with our customers much easier. We also have good visibility on our distribution costs by shipment and the International options are so much better than what we had previously. Pros It is very easy to setup and to use on a daily basis. It takes the hassle out of documentation for International Shipments and is cost effective for local shipments. We have a lot better visibility on our distribution costs and our customers have more options now we have switched to Easyship. Cons Loading the product file is the most difficult. Manager Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Perfect for businesses using multiple sales channels" September 17, 2020 5.0 Easyship really does make it easy, because I am able to not only print my labels, but also packing slips and customs forms when needed. It also integrates right into our QuickBooks account which means less work for me. Pros I like Easyship for how easy it is to print shipping labels at a discount even while using multiple sales channels. We are currently using Shopify and Amazon, and can also print labels from other channels like Ebay and Etsy eventually, because we can manage batch orders from any and all channels through Easyship. The discount on the labels is a major plus too. I also like that it automatically works with all the postal carriers we use, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, & DHL. Pros If your packages go missing you're on your own, Easyship can't help. 130 days for a 28 day delivery... Pros Very straight forward, found it very easy to use. Arranging a delivery has never been easier. Cons Had trouble filling in long addresses. It would be great if you can increase the character limit. Cons Sometimes it takes too long for the labels to print. I'd also like to be able to put funds into an account monthly or maybe a pay a monthly billing and save me one more step. July 11, 2018 4.0 Pros The choice of different couriers, plus the various prices stated. Easyship makes it easy for order fulfilment for ecommerce businesses! Cons Price point. There are other couriers that offer more competitive prices. Also, theres no direct contact number to call for clarifications. For instance when my parcel was not picked up for 4 days, the only way to contact the support team was via email. While they were very effective in dealing with the issue, the lag time caused much inconvenience on our part. Overall, the service made up for it. Review Source IF Ilan F. Pros Relatively easy to use, decent rates, basic account have good feature set. Cons Support for API is poor and the sandbox doesn't support all production features and is largely useless. One's own courier account can be integrated but can only be use for shipping from one specific country. Reason for choosing Easyship Commitment to be able to ship from virtually any location by combining their rates with a 3rd party (UPS/DHL/Fedex) account of my own that supports shipping from the rest of the countries. What a joke. Pros Over week a go I been searching for assignee with our account, no phone number to reach. I sent email with request, I received automated response to send email to customer service, 3 day later I receive response to reach with my issue to different department with a link to click. Still no assistance. Week later I receive request for review of my experience, what a joke. Cons Terrible customer service support. You actual cannot reach anuone directly. Pros As a new business with a contract to deliver outside the city or state, I was looking for a tool that had a small learning curve and allowed me to ship like a "pro." One of my favorite things about Easyship is that I do not have to deal for hours, or days, with carriers, I just email or call My customer service rep and they take care of everything! My customer service rep Shonel is great about relaying information about lost or damaged packages between us and the carrier. Cons They have had a couple automatic features that were a bit inconvenient for my shipping needs, BUT I emailed my customer service rep and both features were worked on and made into optional buttons, which completely resolved my issue! Pros One of the best online shipping sites in terms of ease of use, ai, and functionality. Pros The prices for shipping are good and it allows us to ship worldwide with reliable couriers at affordable rates. The interface is easy to use but limited in capability. Service is good but it can be time-consuming at times to resolve issues, as the staff is not always familiar with the functionality. Cons The interface doesn't allow copying of previous shipments, which is a time-wasting drawback. The prices sometimes increase when you move back and forth between the shipment details and courier selection page to double check the details (but without making any changes). I have been using Easyship for over 3 months and I will definitely recommend them. Saves me so much and streamlines the fulfillment process. Pros Easy integration & syncs perfectly with Shopify store. Support is responsive and helpful. I like how it gives me and my customers a choice of who they like to ship with and the costs are displayed upfront without any surprises. Cons Contacting the different service providers can be confusing- having a central contact number would be much easier with automated call forward to the specific delivery provider. Cons Because we book the service on EasyShip's account, when dealing with customer service of respective courier company, we have to go though EasyShip. Pros Whenever I have to ship my orders, I don't have to fiddle with making my own labels and making sure I have filled in everything correctly by hand. It can get very tedious even with a few customers. My day is more productive as a result of cutting down time and error on these administrative work. The dashboard makes it clear what I have been paying in the past for shipping using different couriers which means I can better plan my shipping costs ahead of time. Keep doing a great job and improve the product. Pros Easy to register and use the software. Access to shipping discounts even when shipping small quantities. Quality customer services. Cons The lack of a user friendly interface to ship multiple units of the same product. Uploading the excel file for bulk shipping orders work well, I know. I only wish there were also a way to duplicate a past shipment by clicking a button and then change the shipping details without passing by excel.
