It's User friendly and supports our day-to-day task management and time management activities very nicely. Pros EnterPlicity is very easy to use and flexible enough to meet the changing needs of our growing company. On a day-to-day basis, our company uses EnterPlicity to manage workload and task assignments, track time and manage deliverables. Time tracking is easy to use. The daily task emails are a great way for our team to stay on top of their schedules and deliverables. Reporting is easy to use and even easier to customize - creating new reports and adding or filtering information for existing reports is a great feature of the system. Cons We would like a more holistic system that could support sales forecasting and long term resource planning, which we have not yet found in EnterPlicity. Additionally, Resource Utilization could be more User friendly and perhaps integrated with the Gant View of the timeline so you can look at resource utilization as you are scheduling work. The sofware has all of the features that you need, is easy to use, is customizable for your particular processes and it is affordable. Doing business with Enterplicity has been a pleasure. Their support has been the best that I have encountered in 15 years. Pros Enterplicity has all of the features that we need to manage projects involving resources in 5 countries. While Enterplicity has all of the capabilities and more to meet our needs, the ease of use really makes our implementation successful. Cons I can not identify any negative aspects of this software or our decision to purchase it. The EnterPlicity implementation went very smoothly compared to our previous implementation. We were fully implemented with 100+ users within 3 months. Pros Simple yet powerful solution. It has a consistent and very usable interface that allows us to customize the tool to our needs both in terms of fields and functionality (e.g. it permits the project manager to schedule projects as detailed or high-level as they see fit). The tool is intuitive and easy to use through a tabbed interface and simple, logical functions. The initial training on EnterPlicity was relatively short allowing users to begin using the tool quickly. Cons Because its a web interface, entering large amounts of data at one time can be time consuming.
