Pros

IT helped my team and I solidify our SOPs and miscellaneous documentation. It streamlined several of our processes by allowing technicians to quickly find documentation.

Cons

The pricing was a little high considering we didn't utilize a lot of the features. We ran into some syncing issues.

Overall it is very good. Search could be faster, but on the whole it has revolutionized our business.

Pros

IT Glue organizes our client data in a fantastic, searchable format that saves tons of time

Cons

A few things: - when searching, you cannot tap enter after your search term or an annoying context menu opens that can only be cancelled by pressing escape. Super counter-intuitive - Consistency: it would be great if we could past inline images everywhere (like in passwords) and not just in certain arbitrary areas. - LAN diagrams should be larger in the preview window, lots of wasted real estate

ITglue is reliable and just works. We have a lot of integration connected and they all function without issues. It has a robust API (they have removed some handle API calls in the recent past)

Pros

Integrates with everything we use. It is simple to use and configure. New techs can login and find their way around with ease.

Cons

It feels very outdated and the level of per org customization isnt great. myglue sharing can be a bit difficult to deploy and manage for comanaged companies.

Easy to use, able to link documents and build out relationships that allow you to easily find information.

Would like better ways to view pictures and post them into configurations. More custom fields and allow for more freedom of changes.

One place for literally everything - documentation, configurations, passwords, MFA, custom flexible assets. It has the ability to "take/sync" to so many other things, like Manage, Automate, Quickpass, and others.

Cons

Occasionally I have trouble with advanced formatting to text in documents.

Overall we are quite happy with IT Glue. It absolutely makes knowledge management for our company more efficient and streamlined.

Pros

It provides a solid platform for us to manage all of our documentation; both internal and for clients. It also automates notifications for expirations of various products which saves our techs a lot of time.

Cons

It can sometimes be a bit buggy when it comes to moving or copying documents. It will often take an exorbitant amount of time to execute a document move or copy.

Overall experience has been enjoyable to get to know the ITGlue Product. However we have not had an onboarding call to verify that what we have set up is correct and that we are actually using the tool correctly. If we could get some help in this area that would be great. I know that we have had several calls about the kaseya 365 apps. I wish the onboarding team would be as persistent as the Sales side of the Business.

Pros

I like the documentation and how I can associate it with a piece of equipment. Be it Network or Printers and copiers or even Our Event Schedulers. This allows me to see one dashboard and get access to things that use to take me several steps.

Cons

Currently I have had a chance to complete the ITGlue Training. There is a test that is Required to take at the end. I find that the time I have spent taking training and then to do a long knowledge test is counter intuitive to my Work Time.

My Overall experience with IT Glue was amazing. Getting things done Quicker, Easier and the Best part: It's all organized, within just a couple of click really. The Integration support also makes things significantly easier. So overall, amazing really

Pros

Simplicity. It's simple and easy to get around. I really love the Quick Search Keys like Q for Quick Search in whatever site you are on. It's really a very-very noticable timesaver. I also like the Intergrations you can have with iT-Glue, like NinjaOne, which is very nice to have on hand.

Cons

The Mobile App. The Mobile app UI feels a little to cluttered. I think the Desktop Website UI would be a better fit overall. I know the app allows that, but i still don't like how it works. What i also don't like, is that you can't stay logged in. Would be nice to get an option with "Remember me for 30/14/7 Days", without needing to log in again. I get that it's for security, but i really would just like to have the option.

I really like the search function in relation to Knowledge Sharing.

Cons

It’s not so much a specific thing, more that it can be difficult for the slightly older ones in the IT field to figure out that they are not looking at a folder structure-based database.
