Our teams are using ITG to get the details of the devices/docs of our clients that we are supporting 24/7 globally.Also different regional ITG instance are enabled you to connect with clients across the globe.

Pros

Security is high when you are storing password/docs since multifactor authentications are enabled. 24/7 support is highly responding and sharing users to view the dashboard to monitor the incidenta and updating until the issue get back to normal.

Cons

Golbal searching feature is not convenient enough.

Onboarding and Offboarding Users

Pros

We are not an MSP, but IT Glue has provided us with a central repository of our critical documentation for systems and software. The customization of flexible assets is just what we needed to consolidate different information from many different sources. We use custom checklists for onboarding and offboarding our users and the ability to relate information is very useful. The audit logs are a big help to keep us on track, We love the product and highly recommend it to our partners.

Cons

There are no dislikes about the product.

IT Glue is the best in the market, when it comes to document management, password management or if you just want to keep the asset record, there are many features available such as integration with the Microsoft 365 and Active Directory etc...

Cons

The syncing process across the platform takes a bit of time.

Pros

I like the fact that the organization and the tagging of the products are so easy to collaborate.

Cons

When you place an item in to ITGlue if you are not an admin you cannot delete it. At least give maybe like a 5 min window or something to remove it THEN have an admin have to delete it. Sometimes you just make mistakes.

Pros

Centralizing info, intuitive interface, customized structure, seamless collaboration, integrations – all in one place. Streamlined workflow, boosted productivity, enhanced data security.

Cons

Initial setup effort, especially data migration. However, the long-term benefits overshadowed the challenge.

We have had a great experience overall, this has allowed us to scale our business and onboard new customers with ease!

Pros

Introducing ITGlue into our MSP changes how we manage our customers, as well as how much faster we can service them. Now we dont waste time finding info, asking around or relearning things that are already documented.

Cons

Some of the integrations with our vendor products and API's are not perfect, but that is not ITGlues fault!

I liked two things, the first that I find all the information quickly and in one location. Second that there is also the App for the phone

I I did not find anything negative. The product meets all our needs. Much improved from the first years when I used it

The best parts about IT Glue are the search function, easy to use and very quick and accurate. The linking tool, so you can link passwords to devices etc. The Document creator - super easy to make a step by step document very quickly.

Cons

Intergration with Autotask has been a bit of a mountain to scale but slowly working out the issues.

Pros

The ease of use is spectacular, all sub-categories all clearly labeled and anyone with any amount of experience can easily create and edit documents. Another great benefit of IT Glue is the Autotask integration, should a ticket come through and trigger a keyword then Autotask can automatically pull an IT Glue article relate to the keyword.

Cons

The licenses for IT Glue can be quite pricey, however, they are ultimately worth it, the integration alone makes up for the costs.

It has been an excellent experiance and really rely on it for our eveyrday IT management.

Pros

We especially like the linking between assets. We can link passwords, hardware, logins, lans, configurations, documents.... The flexibility of the system is awesome.

Cons

I think this software is great. THere really isnt a whole lot that I do not like about it. Our biggest problem is people not entering information properly or not updating when they need to. Can't blame the software on that. It was easy to customize it to our processes and we were entering information in matter of hours.

Secure password management, and the ability to generate random passwords.

Cons

The global search needs improvement. I wish I could see a list of search results on its own page instead of the "type-ahead" style results only. Type-ahead can be delayed, resulting in irrelevant results being selected by accident.
