Pros I really liked how McAfee DLP Endpoint kept track of who was on and off their laptop which helped me see how "lost/stolen" laptops were still being used and how to lock them down. I also like their feature of having the recovery key for macs escrowed in for ease of access. Cons I do however, think there customer service could be better on the response time and in depth info that could save myself and my org's time.
