Based on other buyer's searches, these are the products that could be a good fit for you.
A product’s price can vary greatly based on features needed, support or training required, and customization requests. Some vendors want a chance to talk to you before being ruled out for pricing. When you find a product that fits your needs, you should talk to the vendor to figure out what they can offer.
Reviewers find SecureLink highly effective for managing client-server connections, praising its ability to handle multiple client connections simultaneously. They value the secure and consistent connections it provides, which is essential for supporting clients efficiently. Users often mention the ease of logging in and maintaining solid connections to client systems, which enhances their overall experience with the software.
Users have mixed feelings about SecureLink's customer support, with some praising it as exceptional and widely adopted among their customers. They appreciate the fantastic support provided, which helps in effectively supporting their clients. However, other users report issues such as unexpected application kickouts, an unreliable history feature, and the absence of support when needed, which can be problematic for those requiring consistent assistance.
Pros
Secure Remote support - catalogue all your customers so you will search and access - web interface - good fit resolution.
I have enjoyed using SecureLink. Avaliability is good and most of the time it enables us to access and manage and troubleshoot isssues with our instruments.
I was not part of the implementation team for this deployment. However, as a user it is very helpful in supporting my external vendors for secure access to areas of our network.
Its been a great experience working with SecureLink. It feels secure and our customer trust SecureLink.
Cons
Easily one of the Worst Software Applications I've ever used.
I often have to log in 5 - 6 times before I can connect with a server. The errors are nonsensical.
Sometimes it hangs/slowness. Due to more tabs sometimes it is confusing and difficult to adjust on the screen.

"SecureLink has worked really well for us"
Pros: The sign in and listing of all the servers are nice. For the most part its easy to use, but the interface is lacking some.
Cons: The interface is lacking. I need to download an installer every time I want to connect to something. There is also some funky java things going on.
"A solid replacement for vendor VPN that also provides basic remote access for staff with 2FA"
Overall: Our small IT team is able to meet the needs of our vendors and external staff in much less time and with fewer maintenance tasks with SecureLink when compared to traditional VPN. Our HIPAA risk assessments and audits are more straight forward as we have detailed audit trails on every external connection through SecureLink while enforcing individual users accounts and two-factor authentication for every session. SecureLink always gave us the capability of shielding the vendor from having to know the network and application credentials needed in accessing the resources we were opening to them but now it also integrates with major privileged access management solutions (Cyberark, Thycotic, etc.) so that we can leverage that to maintain a single credential repository.
Pros: We purchased SecureLink to replace most of our vendor VPN connections (except those needed for application interface data exchange) to simplify our administration of such connections while providing more comprehensive audit trails of exactly what was done during each session. SecureLink met our needs for both of those objectives.
Cons: The user interface is dated in its design and their video replay of vendor activity still depends on Java or external media players. We are told a release this year will finally be based on pure HTML5 and eliminate the need for Java. The middle ranking that I gave this product in "features" was primarily due to the dated user interface and the lack of a pure HTML5 session player.
Vendor Response
"Good but needs a facelift and better assistance when problems occur"
Overall: OVerall good. It's been a really great thing for our company to connect to 400+ customers.
Pros: Centralized, secure place for most of our client connections.
Cons: The user interface seems clunky and the process for connection can be clunky. Download file, click on file. When there are issues it's really difficult to figure out what's wrong. Really need to invest in better self-healing. For instance, sometimes i have to find the Slink?? folder, delete it and try again. Or reboot.
Vendor Response
"SecureLink as secure Remote support "
Pros: secure Remote support - catalogue all your customers so you will search and access - web interface - good fit resolution
Cons: for me , I have used it for 2 years ago without any issues but for budget the management have decided to switch to cheaper app
"Great Solution for Remote Support"
Overall: We frequently use SecureLink to connect to servers to perform maintenance and provide support. It helps to have a security system that not only provides the needed network, but logs activity at the same time. We take security very seriously, so sites that use SecureLink are preferred over other methods.
Pros: For most of the connections, there are not a lot of hoops to jump through and minimal setup on your workstation. It functions in the background and does not interfere with other connections. It is a pretty seamless solution for connecting remotely to customer servers and workstations.
Cons: Rarely, but occasionally, you can run into issues where it appears the login was unsuccessful, but you can still log in. It doesn't happen often, but it can be very concerning.
