Integrating it with an NMS (like TeMIP) should be the first thing to do. Then plans should be made for some rule-based automation for the best FTE realization. Pros I was mostly responsible of designing automation projects around Maximo ticketng system. From a technical standpoint, I was not only very happy with the features but also ith the documentation and ease of integration with other systems. Cons As it is the case for many enterprise solutions, it might be a it overwhelming to understand how it works. I would hardly call that a negative point to be honest.
