He answered many of my questions without my even asking. I know that this is the program that is going to take me to the next level, and I’m mad at myself for not trying it sooner. I have found the tools very useful along with the coaching calls, which have put Pathfinder SEO over the top because of accountability and beneficial advice every month. Pros The keyword research tools have been extremely helpful in determining which keywords to use and gives great credibility when my clients question which keywords to use. Having the information and statistics to backup keyword choices is extremely powerful. Cons I would like to see a tool to give a website audit for a potential client to give them a ranking and a report to go along with it. After each call I have a list of tasks and marching orders to tackle. I've seen some really great growth in my own website as well as my customer's websites. Pros I like the level of detail and support you get through each step of generating your SEO strategy. This is a tool that as an agency owner I can do myself first, then hand off to a staff member later. In addition, if I have customers that might want to take the DIY route, this is a great way to help them. Cons I think they can work on the on-going piece of the software. The tool is really useful and the training is easy to go through. Pros It's easy to use and the support has been stellar. The training and checklist features are really great. The content is easy to consume and you can jump around as needed, depending on what's a priority in the business. The monthly coaching calls have been a big help. It's great to review issues and bounce ideas or concerns specific to the project with my coach. When I've needed help in a hurry, the team has been very responsive and try to jump in with some input if they can. Cons The software is really easy to use. I think the only thing that might be a drawback is not knowing if the info is current with the latest Google updates. Google changes their interface often enough, I figure it's hard to keep up. Plus I was able to get to know the company and what they offered with training webinars through a trusted source (iThemes). The pricing was comparable and the kicker was that one of their trainings showed how web designers could approach clients and offer the SEO service. I liked that I was given a path to follow to set that up and could use their service as a partner in my own business.
