This includes reporting out on progress, cycle times, velocity, and items not in good order. **Pros:** Azure DevOps, or ADO, is the tool we rely on for all of our work management. Thanks to ADO, we can sustain clarity on which team members are prioritizing which deliverables during any given Sprint Cycle. This greatly enhances our ability to achieve intended Outcomes. **Cons:** ADO can have limitations, such as with how dynamic roadmaps can appear and integration with PowerBI for more advanced dashboard metrics. (e.g. how long a work item has been in a particular state) Alex H. If you want to know when someone comments on your ticket, don't even bother. Even JIRA onprem does this now? **Pros:** ...there is a moment where you think oh maybe there is life beyond Atlassian products and the idea of competition in the market place is good. I suppose the fact that wiki's are included in the price whilst for Atlassian confluence is a whole other paid product is good? **Cons:** It doesn't have the concept of closing a sprint. So items just... remain. You cannot easily move them to the 'new' sprint. You have to think far too hard about administration 'what area is an item in'. Bulk actions are poor. Most chaotically - there are no in app notifications?!?! So you get an email about everything. And you get hundreds of emails. If you are under the age of 35 this is unacceptable really.
