Happy to be able to deploy our business and enable user stories through the project timeline by visualizing the progress of the flow and measurements are of the hook by observing the data trend and dissecting it from one iteration to another with management. I love the fact that your git repos and agile task management is in the same place, it's very easy to link tickets to repo branches. Merging branches works very good. Cons Some pages (like retrospectives) don't auto-refresh which can be quite annoying. You should also be careful with some changes as it may affect a lot of tickets and can result in a lot of manual labour to fix things. This includes reporting out on progress, cycle times, velocity, and items not in good order. Pros Azure DevOps, or ADO, is the tool we rely on for all of our work management. Thanks to ADO, we can sustain clarity on which team members are prioritizing which deliverables during any given Sprint Cycle. This greatly enhances our ability to achieve intended Outcomes. Cons ADO can have limitations, such as with how dynamic roadmaps can appear and integration with PowerBI for more advanced dashboard metrics.
