Pros: It works. Appears to work seamlessly and simply on the surface while behind the scenes it must be very complex. Makes it easy for the user.

Cons: While clicking on an existing calendar event it is really easy to move it to another time of day without noticing. Would be better if changes to time required a confirmation.

Pros: - Covers a wide range of features - Price/value is high - The mini ERP is great for small companies - adaptable system in limited parameters

Cons: - Reporting basic - Onboarding unstructured - Project Management lacks - UX not seamless - Not a crowdpleaser

Pros: - good view on customers
- good dashboards
- user friendly
- regular version upgrades
- good level support

Cons: - billing and invoicing part can be improved
-daily dashboard for sales representative can be improved

Overall: It enabled us to start building the customer relationship management in the company so we understand from the first call until the end of the customer lifetime what has happened with the customer and if we did our best to keep the relationship in the good shape.

Pros: Client-based quick access to purchase history and same order possibility with just a few cliks.
Category and sub-category segmentation possibilities, which makes it easier for other users to select suitable products for selling.
Able to see sales margin% while composing quotes and deciding upon possible discounts.
Possibility to link all active projects dierctly to the weekly/montly calendar --> providing a complete overview of th schedule ahead. NB! Possibility to activate active projects only for the employees involved (not everyone!).

Cons: Unable to delete expired data once some previous action has been taken.
Sometimes you need to apply too many filters before you get the data you require.
Unable to change description or other data on the invoice, that does not affect the sum, once the payment has been transferred (it becomes locked in the system).

Overall: Before we were using Excel. The comparison is enormous:
- work efficiency has risen tremendously
- "forgetting" or "loosing" offers on paper has dropped to 0
- can always keep an eye on what has been done, what is in the process etc.
- all data (clients, assortment, purchase history) is in one general system together

Scoro combines all the features you need for managing a successful event management organisation.

Pros: the most is about budgeting, invoices and payment tracking which is amazing! I love it! also the meeting scheduling management!

Cons: it is a bit pricey, not all offices can afford it! basically that is it, other than that it is a great software!

Pros: Very easy to use and very practical. I can keep eye on my projects, all the data is in one place and I don't have to mess with different apps. And I don't need post-its anymore :)

Cons: Some of the updates are bit confusing and can be a surprise. But customer service has been very helpful to solve those issues.

Pros: Most I like the fact that I can convert my offers to clients straight into invoices after the offer is approved and also send it straight from scoro to my clints with just few clicks.

Cons: At first adding new projects was confusing and also the adding of new products. Deleting old un usable contacts at once in large quantaties.

Overall: Easy to oversee my clinets, projects, invoices and offers. Makes my job faster

Pros: Easy to track offers trough sales funnel
Good way to make offer templates
Managing projects and people who are related to projects
Allocating all suppliers together for overview and quick access
Eas of use

Cons: Making quotation templates is clumsy, takes time to decorate the lines and text so that it is nice and even.

Using daily bases and have no idea, what could work better than Scoro!

Pros: Many possibilities - event schedule, information exchange with colleagues, issuing invoices, statistic and very important all history is in one place.

Cons: Can not say, everything has worked correctly, fast and logically. Mayby this thing that there is much more opporunities that I dont use yet, but it needs an extra training.

Overall: Perfect tookit, without I dont imagine my work anymore.

Pros: It can be set up to automate some of your everyday routines, saving you time that you can use on more profitable things.

Cons: We don't use a lot of the features the software offers, but the pricing is universal. This is not much to say here.

Pros: I has great interface and user experience. It's fast, informative and compact. Scoro gives us a good overview of our clients and offers.

Cons: Difficult synchronisation if you previously used more than one software for accounting and invoicing.

Pros: I like the modern interface and the feeling of the platform. It's easy to use and has most of the features that we need. It has the best quality/value ratio among such tools in the market!

Cons: I'm not sure if they have it but it would be great to have integration with Outlook and Mailchimp so that the info would sync smoothly between these three.

Pros: Very well-thought interconnected "modules" of the system: all main functions any company would need are all present. I like a lot visualization of dashboard, re-usability of filters and views, ability to click on anything you see and being redirected directly onto another part of Scoro where you can do more work in what you clicked on. Also comfortable to use with smalls screen devices as interface is restructured and you still see all your data but in an optimised screens - very handy for smartphones.

Cons: just 2 things come to my mind after extensive use for 1+ year.
1. Absence of contacts synchronization with gmail - really annoys.
2. sales pipeline does not track time when status of quote was changed, so no way to know how long did quote spend in each status, eg. time from contact to deal closed is 4 weeks, from them 1 week for quote preparation, 2 weeks for customer feedback etc.

Overall: Ready day 1 to automate our business processes, both main that bring money in and supportive , eg reminders for unpaid bills; time tracking, labor cost tracking, calendar oversight vs resource, mobile phone usage, integration with other platforms.

Pros: You can manage your clients, accountability, projects, team... in a very interactive way. It performs perfectly and the support is excellent

Cons: I would only say that at the beginning you have to spend time to set up everything if you want to take advantage of the whole application

I am using Scoro every day, but quite a lit bit. But the experience is very okey- I can do my work.

Pros: Its fast, informative and compact. The most positive thing is that with Scoro our work is more simpler. Scoro gives us a good overview of our clients and offers.

Cons: Maybe there should be more colours.

Pros: There is lots of potential and the features are all there
I like having everything in one place, this is great

Cons: The system is just so confusing to use, I was new to the business and to Scoro and spent my first few months learning how to use the system rather than learning my job.

Overall: Was able to keep all my client information, scheduling and invoicing in one place, this is valuable.

Pros: Ease of using and getting out huge amount of information by inputting little. easy to understand it.

Cons: Difficult synchronization with different bookkeepers software. If there is more than 1 company, all the forms are seen in both, as well activity types etc.

Overall: All the information in one place and easy to find it

Pros: Scoro fully covers the company's needs with communication notes, job and project planning and billing. We were some cases where was required specific configuration., Scoro Helpdesk helped it as a matter of urgency

A lot of important necessary thing missing. Like payment import from bank and Credit limit.

Pros: Web interface is attractive. Also possibility to view much things on mobile version.
Fault tolerance is good.!

Cons: There is no credit limit for customers. Every normal financial software should have it.
Still there is no bank import. so we must mark all done payments manually. (that was promised on purchase)

Pros: I can say that it is very easy to use. And it doesn't cost too much, so it's affordable which is a good thing, it is accessible online businesses like ours. The most important part is that is fast.

Cons: I consider that editing information in different parts of the platform without displaying any date stamp or author is a big downfall.

Pros: It has a lot of features and could be very powerful but the interface is impossible to use. Their team seem to be fairly responsive.

Cons: It's over-complicated and a bit flakey so you can't always trust it - data seems to go missing. It's massively slowed down productivity and paralysed a lot of stuff that seemed to work well before we used it - our team named it 'Sorrow'.

Pros: The features we use most are the team collaboration tools (aligned calendars, overview of the clients and files, in-app notifications about changes in projects)
The billing automation features are a great bonus: we enter time spent on a project and the client is billed based on the time entries, automatically.

Cons: We don¿t use a lot of the features the software offers, but the pricing is universal.

Overall: I have used Scoro as the main collaboration tool of the project team. It is great for task and calendar management and we also enjoy the automated billing options.
We were successful in getting the entire team to collaborate and have received a lot of positive comments about the program.
The customer support is world-class!

Pros: Scoro is the most intuitive, user-friendly CRM system that gives you a totally "big picture" of your sales situation. It is essential in a world of overflowing information. At the same time it can be set up to automate some of your everyday routines, saving you time that you can use on more profitable things. The time you apply to customer activities can be registered and tracked so you can keep an eye on what you use your precious time and how much you actually can bill your time spent. All in all a super good CRM system which knows how to exploit synergies when several people work together in teams.

Cons: I miss integration with LinkedIn and possible. other social media. It would make it more complete

Recommendations to other buyers: I can highly recommend the system that will quickly prove to be your best investment in improved efficiency of your sales and other customer services
