Pros: Pacifica was extremely easy to use, even when I was at my lowest. The UI and guiding process helped me stay on track of what I was doing and what was my main goal. There was no unnecessary options that would distract me from achieving my goals or make me procrastinate.

Cons: Just like the competitors, Pacifica heavily relies on sound and it's effectiveness. Most modules try to use voice or rely on sounds, making it unaccessible for people with hearing issues or these who simply don't like using headphones or want to do their daily "tasks" stealthily.

Overall: Although Pacifica was easy to use and served as reliable companion in the first part of my journey to stable mental health, the more information it unfolded, the less useful it became. During the times where my issues were severe it helped as a grounding safe space, but the more I learned about meditation and mental health in general, the less it had to offer. But regardless of that, it has served as a great tool to improve my mental health, even if just a bit.
