Every team member got a target of what should be migrated weekly, and we've been reviewing it in the tool if it has actually happened. It helped us to keep the project on track, and discuss issues more openly when we noticed some risks. Pros We were using it for a data migration project and it was easy for our managers to track on the daily basis how much data has been migrated, and how fast we were moving.
