Pros

Eurekos works well when the objective is building and administering structured learning programs with internal course creation. I particularly appreciated training administration, because it makes the process more structured and reduces the need to manage information manually through spreadsheets or emails.

Cons

What could be improved is that pricing can be high for small teams. The tool remains useful, but once workflows become specific, configuration choices and governance become important to avoid unnecessary complexity.

My experience has been great. Eurekos is the platform we use for all of our internal and external training for our software. We use it to teach all of our employees as well as our 2,500+ customers. It works great and our employees and customers both love it.

Pros

The Eurekos platform is amazing. We use it internally and externally for product education and training for our software. We can host both live and prerecorded trainings. It is easy to create new content and manage existing content because the user interface makes sense. Customer service has been great when needed too and the value we get for what we pay is outstanding. We use the platform to train all of our 2,500+ customers and internal staff too.

Cons

There isn't really anything I don't like about it. The platform has a lot of advanced features and functions that can be challenging to use if you aren't familiar with the platform, but when you learn the platform, they are very useful.

Pros

I liked that in Eurekos there was included an option of structured certification journeys with automatic progress check and testing. I developed experiences in ascending order of difficulty, hosting them behind gates which helped bring users to a more advanced level great for customer training.

Cons

Some aspects of the certificates and digital badges were too rigid in terms of customization. Due to the limitations of the system I had to devise ways of creating certificates that would be in line with our branding policy, this proved to be a little demoralising.

Pros

It was a good experience that let me construct certification programs that inculcate webinars, coaching, and live events. Eurekos’ support for various forms of learning allowed for the delivery of more engaging and realistic training and enhanced our partners’ compliance.

Cons

Real-time notifications challenge came up when I was designing training journeys involving events and 3D simulations.

Pros

I considered the branded portals feature as a very useful tool for partner training without compromising on content management. With Eurekos I was able to have different learning experience streams depending on the learners but all in one place.

Cons

I realized that we had a shortage of information on cross-portal engagement report. I manually compiled metrics so as to have an integrated scorecard of learners leading to compromising the training outcomes decision-making processes.

Pros

Through Eurekos it has been useful to develop a rather rich variety of learning activities. I can set and allow any type of learning ranging from VR simulations training to instructors training with no limit to the training sequence keeping the external learners interested and advancing through the training program.

Cons

I faced some challenges in the management of data synchronization between the learning management system and other analytic tools.
