It offers an intuitive, easy-to-learn interface for creating courses, helping several departments (compliance, technical, marketing, HR) to build relevant courses for a wide range of needs. Overall it is a well-designed, feature-rich eLearning platform with fantastic support. Pros Well-designed tools and features for administrators and course designers. Easy and intuitive layout providing an efficient platform to deploy and update courses, monitor course attendance, and more. A wide range of features for embedding content on the course pages - for example images, videos, external links, H5P objects, HTML code. Available course page layouts ensure structure and clarity for the optimal online learning experience. Cons It would be great to see even more page layouts, creative options available. It is such an awesome software. Pros 1) Great and fast support. 2) The interconnection of all contents. Videos, pictures, etc. need to be swapped only once in the archives, and are then updated in every training due to the interconnection. This makes updating content so easy. 3) The audit trail and the massive reporting. Any change to the system is tracked and can be downloaded. So important! Also training statistics are huge and individual standard reports can be created for different user groups. 4) The incredibly fast way of creating new trainings or importing new users. 5) The automation rules for e-mails and enrollments. Once the system is fully set up, it lasts like 2 minutes to import a list of new users and let them be enrolled in the correct trainings. 6) The massive possibilites Eurekos offers. Eurekos seem like being designed to be a knowledge/learning-hub for their customers. Cons Nothing. I am totally in love with this system. September 10, 2021 5.0 We shortlisted & demo'd 4 x LMS providers as part of our research into improving our online learning capacity. Eurekos shone though in their level of interest and care towards our business and our learning goals. This put them in pole position to demonstrate how the products vast potential could be adopted to make sure our learning experience could improve year on year. I'm also happy to report that the level of "pre-sale" attention we received continued all the way through the training & onboarding cycle, and continues still today as we try to develop & improve our offering. Pros The capability and flexibility seems almost endless. Our ability to wrap up & present learning options to individuals, teams or groups of our staff or customers is very powerful. There is also a very strong commitment to aesthetics and the way learning is presented via Eurekos...more so I would say than the U.S based systems we considered. The system does not take over your brand look or feel but it does more than any other LMS to ensure what is created always looks good....especially so on mobile devices. Cons We were a little disappointed to learn that the full Zoom integration is only fully functional with the large Corporate/Enterprise edition of Zoom (which we don't have). I think this is more a decision of Zoom than it is Eurekos though and we do know that other full integrations are available which would not require such a large video conferencing subscription. Although you also have an opportunity to create a personalised learning experience with a clear path. The platform is modular which makes it very easy to create learning modules. Overall great quality for a moderate price. Cons In the end we are not going to continue using Eurekos because of the lack of social component. There are forums but we were looking for integrations with instant messaging, topic-based forums with posted content by moderators. Cons It would be great if the entire help center—i.e., the glossary available for getting help with the LMS—offered multiple language options, so users can read it in their native language. Although our current help center is standardised in English, you can ask the AI agent any specific question in your native language and receive a response in that same language. Eurekos is the platform we use for all of our internal and external training for our software. We use it to teach all of our employees as well as our 2,500+ customers. It works great and our employees and customers both love it. Pros The Eurekos platform is amazing. We use it internally and externally for product education and training for our software. We can host both live and prerecorded trainings. It is easy to create new content and manage existing content because the user interface makes sense. Customer service has been great when needed too and the value we get for what we pay is outstanding. We use the platform to train all of our 2,500+ customers and internal staff too. Cons There isn't really anything I don't like about it. The platform has a lot of advanced features and functions that can be challenging to use if you aren't familiar with the platform, but when you learn the platform, they are very useful. What stands out most is the platform's flexibility and ability to adapt to our needs. Whenever we have faced a challenge, there has always been a solution. Regular product updates continuously introduce valuable features, and we are often pleasantly surprised by how many of our requirements can already be handled within the platform. When we have needed additional support, help has always been readily available. If a solution was not immediately obvious, the team worked closely with us to find or develop one. Overall, Eurekos has proven to be a reliable, scalable, and highly adaptable platform that supports both our organization and our customers effectively. Pros The main reason we chose Eurekos when searching for a new LMS was its intuitive approach to course creation. Although we ultimately decided to have a third party build our courses, Eurekos stood out because of how easy it was to structure and organize content. We particularly liked the course hierarchy, which made it simple to build and manage courses with clear sections and sub-sections. Overall, the platform felt very user-friendly, intuitive, and well-designed for creating and organizing learning content. Cons There isn’t really anything we dislike about Eurekos. The only challenge has occasionally been language-related, as some details can get lost in translation between Norwegian and English. However, the Eurekos team has been excellent to work with. Despite numerous emails and support requests over the years, every issue has been addressed and resolved successfully. Even when our requirements or information were not fully clear, the team’s experience and proactive customer support follow-up questions helped ensure we reached the desired outcome.
