It also supports multiple languages and different time zones, which is crucial for our business. Furthermore, it offers a good quality-price ratio, providing significant functionality without being too expensive. However, there is a small room for improvement in the layout design, like a little makeover. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it to others. Pros I have used a lot of other marketing automation software, such as Active Campaign, Dynamics 365, and Hubspot, yet none of them gave an overall solutions in combination with user-friendliness. Easy to understand and to use. Nice wide arrange of segments, especially the birthday-reminder is a nice touch. Least amount of bugs compared to other providers. This tool is much further then a MailChimp/Mailplus/Tripolis but not as advanced as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo. But you can build almost every flow you can think of as long as you use email and forms. With a few training sessions everybody is able to create a specific segment, an email and use those in a flow. Pros \- You can make really good profiles/segments of your users without any SQL knowledge - It doesn't touches your HTML when you edit it - The campaign designer is also really easy to use - Datamodel - Flexible Cons \- The reports aren't that good.
