Care tap tends to glitch out semi frequently at least the app does. Overall care tap is fairly user friendly.

Pros

I like that care tap allows companies to not only pay caregivers but to also bill the clients. Care tap also makes keeping track of caregiver's hours simple.

Cons

Care tap tends to run very slow. I don't appreciate that we are unable to remove things we don't use for individual companies. Companies do not receive a warning/heads up when there will be an update, therefore are caught completely off guard in having to warn over 100 employees about an update. The scheduled hours column can be confusing for billing in certain companies where they do not make their employees hours.

Actually, this is a refresher’s session for me, we have been with Caretap for more than five years. It was an easy transition from paper timesheet to login and logout.

Pros

Caretap has significantly simplify the time keeping and billing process compared to using paper timesheet.

Cons

None, that I can think off right now. I am very satisfy with the software and staff are aware that they have to login/logout, else, they won’t get paid.

Care Core Services LLC has been pleased to have had a great EHR called CareTap. CareTap is an affordable solution that fully supports the needs of an ARMHS provider, offering a comprehensive set of tools to manage services efficiently. Their customer service stands out as highly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, ensuring that questions and issues are addressed quickly. New users receive strong onboarding support, with guidance and resources that make it easy to learn and navigate the system. CareTap clearly understands the challenges that new providers face and has designed both its platform and support approach to help users get up and running with confidence.

Pros

Affordable and does everything for an ARMHS Provider. The customer services is great and very responsive. You will have all the support you need to learn the system. CareTap understands the challenges new starters face and how to better help them.

Cons

New to it and still learning. Wish the billing was a lot simpler than the two many steps it takes to complete.
