Pros: With the most recent upgrade, an A/B split testing feature was added. I also like that there is a prompt that allows you to confirm if an email should be launched. That way emails can't be sent automatically.

Cons: There is not a drag and drop editor, so if HTML isn't your strong point, there may be a learning curve. The same with creating segments if you aren't experienced with writing SQL. If you have a big list, it can take upwards of an hour to upload, so you have to plan accordingly.

Also, if something triggers an error, the codes aren't clear and it can take awhile to figure out what could be tripping it up and there isn't a support team that provides assistance.

Overall: We're able to send marketing and operational emails, both manual and automated, to our clients whether the audience is big or small.
