I've had issues setting up the chat. When contacting support they kept saying to look into the documentation, instead of reading my messages and answering me. Their documentation is terrible, and turned out to be wrong too. The same happened when we contacted them about 18K messages being logged, when we only saw about 100 in our end. We also had connectivity issues, which we reported. Support did not help with any of these, and told us to look into our own code. In summary: Horrible product, bad documentation, and terrible support. Won't use again, and won't recommend. I'll look for other places to give them 1 star if I'm able.

Pros

I liked nothing about this software, it was an annoyance all the way through development.

Cons

I didn't like the developer experience, but customer support was by far the worst. Rude, arrogant people sitting behind those screens.

I was looking for quick integration platform but I faced challenges in integrating SDK in both Android and iOS. Even their web app is in BETA version with limited features. Even after following steps they mention something goes wrong and all efforts are wasted. On contacting support team they give generic answer and not keen on helping to get you started. Support will keep on sending documentation link where ou will not find answers .. you will again go back to them and they will again start asking question which you already answered. I wasted my time in all this process so I told them to no give me generic answer and give me specific one. On this, they not only closed ticket but DEACTIVATED my account. Never saw such arrogance from any vendor.

Pros

Pricing plan and sign was quick to get trial.

Cons

No easy integration, unknown errors, limited customization, no detailed documentation. And most importantly bad technical support.
