Pros The software is a great document management system at a reasonable cost and is full of great features. Cons There were a few times where I needed support on the product, and I would have liked to converse with someone over the phone rather than going back and forth with email. Reasons for choosing GLOBODOX The features included for the price was favorable to me. It has completely eliminated our old metal filing cabinets! No longer have the frustration of trying to squeeze in file folders. Support has been outstanding. Pros Very intuitive interface Flexible document storage options - individual records or grouped records (stacks) Easy indexing & searching Cons Masking/automatic indexing has turned out to not be practical/reliable for our documents, all are manually indexed. But, this is pretty quick. Some changes -like adding suppliers to lists- can only be done with everyone logged out.
