I like the paperless idea for the rewards. Saves me time and money dealing with people who lose thier cards and coupons. I also like that i am able to send different offers to customers who have not been back to our restaurant over a period of time. It gives me the ability go offer these customers whatever i choose and also lets me offer all my customers some offers. The only thing i dislike is when the network isnt strong the tablets lose connection

Pros

Paperless. The offers i can extend to lost customers. And how i can track thier points and visits very easily. They are easy to get ahold of to resolve problems

Cons

The network connection and how it goes down. The charge of the tablets doesnt last very long. Sometimes to many points get added to peoples accounts and i which it had a button asking if ur sure before u add those points. Some people are old and technology is hard for them.

rien! À partir du moment qui j'ai eu un problème et je pas réussis à résoudre donc le logiciel ne sert pas pour ma société.

Cons

Il faut jamais se tromper et avoir besoin de refaire une facture. Le programme est horrible. Le pire c'est les gens qui travaillent pour nous donner le support . Ils ne comprennent rien. Le logiciel a un bug très grave, c'est impossible de chaque année qu'on commence avec le numéro 1, 2, 3 il faut continuer la numération.

En effet il est impossible de reprendre des numeros qui ont deja ete utilises sur le logiciel, il ne doit pas y avoir de doublons dans la numerotation des factures. ### "Para uso no intensivo, el mejor TPV"

Para quienes necesitamos procesar pagos en persona pocas veces al año, no nos interesa toda la burocracia, requisitos y posible problemas de un TPV convencional, pero con SumUp no tenemos ese problema porque podemos 'apagarlo' cuando nos apetezca y volver a hacerlo funcionar en minutos sin mayor problema y volver a procesarlos.

Pros

Es rápido, estéticamente moderno y todos los pagos te los manda a su nube, que con el usuario puedes crear informes detallados y exactos de los pagos, tickets individuales y demás, sin tener que ir tecleando el botón de imprimir copia.

Cons

El inconveniente de que no imprima (la versión que tenemos, la air), es que las facturas tienen que solicitarse y por tanto puede acabar siendo un poco molesto en el caso de que muchos lo pidan, aunque he leído que puedes generar facturas automáticas como si fueran cargos del banco al recibir el pago con una tarjeta, pero tendré que hablar con atención al cliente para confirmar si se puede hacer y cómo es.

Definitely recommend for business owners looking for retention in today's society.

Pros

As a consumer, this product is very easy to use. You enter your favorite 10 digit number (your phone) and that's virtually it. Sit back and start getting rewarded for your loyalty.

Cons

As an employer, it does come with a solid price tag and some of the integration setting up was a pain. Other than that, it seems to be doing it's job!

Overall, this program is easy to use and convenient for both merchants and customers to keep track of rewards.

Pros

The main draw of this program is the ease with which both customers and merchants can track rewards. With this program, cards are no longer necessary, which is great.

Cons

No history of points added are shown. Also, main disadvantage is having to download the app to see any rewards or points.

What i like about Five Stars was you don’t have to bring any sort of member card. And, points can accumalate too for freebies. If you download the app, you can checkout for most of their good offers

If fivestars could some how integrate there system into other pos systems it would be great, that ways i dont need to have 3 tablets set up at my POS, which is extremely confusing to not only the staff, but also to customers as well. overall its a good product that can be alot better.

Pros

The ease of use of sending out weekly promotions and or coupons to customers. Fast Customer and technical support

Cons

The lack of the ability to integrate its software into other Tablet POS systems. Monthly price of pos is quite expensive, lack-ability to bring in or draw in more clients. A lot of technical issues with software, connection issues

It's very flexible. I get info by text. I can use the app for convenience and the website for a more comprehensive look. Fivestars improves my dining out experience by providing great incentives.

Cons

It would be nice for me to get an email or text confirmation once I've visited the restaurant in order to let me know that the points were applied appropriately.

The software worked ok, but Customer support was always bad. We changed POS software, 5 stars is not compatible, and it takes many phone calls and about month to cancel.

Pros

Had it for 5 years and it was always being evaluated to make sure it would break even. Some of our customers liked it.

Cons

Customer Service goes by appointment to do anything, it can take weeks to resolve problems. They seem to have plenty staff to set appointments, but few to handle the customer issues.

Overall, it's so worth it to download this app. Get rewarded for where you typically shop or eat! Earn points, save for special items or freebies. Why not earn free things for what you already are buying?!

Pros

I love Fivestars. I enjoy how easy it is to have multiple businesses stored in the app for loyalty reward tracking. It is easy to see visually how many points I have and what rewards I have earned for various businesses I visit. It's quick and simple to find local participating companies and tracked via your cell phone number. I simply provide my number to the company when I'm at checkout to be given my points. It's easy, simple, and free to use as a customer!

Cons

I don't have any recommendations for improving this software or any features I dislike. It works great as is!

Repeat customers, new customers, happy customers!

Pros

That it keeps encouraging repeat customers to come back. You can provide any type of reward for your customers and all the points/ redemptions are customizable. They come out with software updates and those are automatically installed.

Cons

Sometimes it can be slow, even when it seems that our internet has good connection. However it's hard to be certain if that's their system or ours.

I have had great benefits from using Fivestars. I find myself using this software to track rewards very successfully and I'm able to try new products that are advertised by various businesses.

Pros

I like the fast, consistency of the software. My transactions are updated in real-time and my points are added within minutes of leaving the counter. The app is very easy to navigate and the notifications are always helpful. I not only have gotten some great offers from the businesses I shop at using this program, I have also tried some new products that I never would have considered without a small discount or incentive.

Cons

I believe there is nothing missing in the software. I think more businesses should take advantage of this because it could really help boost business and customer retention. The only downside is when certain businesses forget to tap your rewards on their end and I have to remind them. Not a big deal though!

Great program, easy to use and earn rewards. I use it at all the places that offer it!

Pros

Love that I can use this at multiple businesses and don't have to carry around punch cards to all my favorite places and remember to use them when I'm there. Fivestars is there at the cash register and easily reminds you to type in your number and receive a point!

Cons

I have different credit cards that I use and the points are attached to each card. I wish all would connect together with my phone number. Some coffee shops I have enough for free drinks, but since I've used different cards it doesn't show.

Overall, I would say my experience with Fivestars is great. I have earned rewards for visiting various restaurants and learned more about other places.

Pros

Since moving to a new city, Fivestars seems to be a useful tool in finding new businesses to try out. The rewards that they offer allow me to continue to want to come back as a customer.

Cons

I cannot think of a con of this software- it's user friendly, my rewards are always updating. Sometimes the random texts they send are a bit bothersome but other than that it is good software!

In the longevity it’s a good idea. But the inflation of costs of products in stores with 5 Star seems to only have taken effect when they installed the softwares in the stores.

Pros

The implementation of a rewards system with stores is a great idea. The chance to get discounts based on the frequency of people shopping in the specific store.

Cons

They raise the prices of items to counter the margin loss of the rewards.

Fivestars App has been beneficial in experience. The app makes it easier to remember to get your points so that you can redeem them for rewards and discounts.

Pros

With Fivestars, customers can get rid of the paper rewards program that stores use to keep track of how many points they have. With the points the customers can receive discounts on certain purchases.

Cons

I dont like that there isnt a way to search by your first and last name. You have to know the phone number for the account you wish to look up your account.

I’ve had it for about four years. I haven’t redeemed and points yet. I like that it rolls over each year, and doesn’t expire. Sweet program.

Pros

I enjoy checking the point balance on my account. That way I can dream about several free beers in my future. I stockpile the point in case, one day, I really can’t afford quality beers. And I don’t see myself giving up. Fun for me to watch the beer total grow.

Cons

I’m sure there is a proper list of other establishments that use five star, but how would you ever know, unless you are looking at the app? I never think to ask anywhere else.

I liked the portal. The customer service is awful.

Cons

The customer service is awful! I have been trying to cancel my service since September! I am still being billed! I keep calling and being told that a billing specialist will call! No one has called! Worst ever! Very aggravating!
