So far it's been very user friendly and rewarding Pros I love shopping at retailers that offer Five Star rewards. Called my account rep called customer support to get 100% in network matching that I was promised all my attempts were meet with deaf ears. Pros There is nothing especial about the software. There are millions of similar products for fraction of the cost. Cons There networking match doesn’t work. Also, I was spending a lot of money in new cards because when a client lost a card, they got a new one. This has saved me time and allows the clients to actually get their reward points, which is great! It's offered at a reasonable price as well. I've seen an influx in customer engagement with my loyalty program since I started using fivestars Pros Fivestars is an easy to use, great customer loyalty software. Clients can earn reward points each time they come to my business. It gives them an incentive to keep coming back! The promotions you can create are really easy to set up. I recommend it to everyone. Pros This is a great way to earn and maintain points at local shops. Today it is so annoying to have to sign up to everything and remember 100 different logins and passwords. It also is so cumbersome to carry around punchcards for loyalty programs. This combines all that into one clean little app. I love that it also reminds me of places I had forgotten about. I think it’s brilliant! Cons Nothing. It’s super easy to use and has always worked as expected for me. Pros My favorite feature about this software is the rewards program for multiple different stores. The rewards are useful and easy to use since combined into one application. Cons I cannot think of a con for this software. It is easy to use and the rewards are useful. I do not go out to eat all that often so I do not get that many rewards, but when I do, it is nice. Pros Many deals are offered through Fivestar and it is easy to see how many reward points you have at each establishment. Cons The search feature and the map display is not very fast or good. Pros I like how fivestar replaces the traditional way of punch cards which makes it a lot easier to consolidate all mt points from different restaurant altogether. Seamless to use just by plugging in your phone number at the time of check out. In the few months we've been using Five Stars, we've noticed a slight increase in business. I actually use it myself too and it's a fun way to find deals in your own community and when you're traveling.. Pros I like how Five Stars is pretty straight forward and easy to use. It is free, therefore any amount of features given is a positive thing. There is only 3 different tabs you can view which makes this simple to use. I could personally guarantee anyone can use this software. Good to have when I want to visually see my loyalty account stance. Pros I like how I can easily look into my “wallet” and see how many loyalty points I have and any available coupons I can redeem with those points at my next visit. Cons I would like the app to keep track of the dates and amounts of my previous visits so I can visually keep track of my point progress as well. The app also does not have store hours visible. It's easy for them to just type their phone number in and they can also keep track of their rewards and stars through the app. It saves space and resources because I no longer have to carry around 100 cards (one for each store). Cons You have to have the app or log in to check your progress. It's not like a traditional stamp card where I can just count the number of stamps or punches on the card.
