Often it happens if not cached, everything has to be entered again.Otherwise, I am convinced of the simplicity. Sufficient for my company size. Price performance fits. Pros easy After a short training and data maintenance, easy work possible. Great support. Reaction very fast and helpful. January 11, 2019 3.0 They have a very complex system of hurdles to overcome to change or cancel your subscription, my subscription renewed in December, I called first week to try to cancel. You get sent to a info page of how to cancel and what you have to do, then you have what for weeks to get a call back for an account handler. Mine blew me off, never called. Finally got trough today after holding for 40 minutes, very poor customer service for a company that is supposed to be about customers. Pros I have enjoyed using Fivestars at business where everything is integrated, just be aware not all POS systems work with Fivestars. My salesman lead me to believe mine would become compatible, it never did, stuck in contract. Cons Software never integrated with our POS system, so every reward had to be logged during the check out procedure causing a log jam at check out during busy days, significantly slowed the transaction being completed in a timely manner. Cons Cost the business thousands of dollars a year. Plus you are rewarding customers with gift certificates etc. Easier and cheaper just to offer customers ten percent off. Pros It's really slick and modern. I set it up for a small business, and also have it as a user. I love the notification reminders, and the gamified elements that nudges me to spend a few more. You can see your rewards for yourself which is cool, because some places you have to wait until you're in the store to check. Pros I love going to orange leaf and it saves me a lot there. Cons points are overall and don’t satay when you use them for example, if i have 30 points and a free large was 100 and the free small is 20. if i buy the free small 20 points will be taken away from the small but then also my 20 points will be taken from my 30 saved for the large. Pros Saves having to stamp the loyalty card when customer can just enter their number. Effective marketing to bring back customers through the software. Easy to setup. But to be fair, we do a lot of work pushing the 5 star brand too, so it feels like we're paying for a service, but also paying to promote you. We pay for lots of apps and 5 star is the most expensive so therefore the least ROI. Every month, I reconsider if it's really worth it. A monthly fee of about $100-$150 seems a better value that I wouldn't question. Pros It works, no glitches. Cons A little on the expensive side. Review Source AC Adelyn C. In addition, the use of a phone number is very easy to remember and starting an account is simple. Cons If you forget to enter a phone number at a store but have a receipt, it's not possible to retroactively enter your points, which can be really frustrating. This app basically just like a digital card holder app except Fivestars helps the business to keep track of the reward points. Cost for the system is also reasonable which make it an easy sell for small business Cons However, the app is sometime too simple and confussing. Many customers through it is a like a single points system from different businesses and can collect and redeem points within ALL Fivestars locations. Need to spend quiet sometime to explain to the customers Also,a phone number is all it needs. The App is also too simple and can't update any personal info. You will need to go back to the website to make any profile change. However, it seems like the web portal is not widely promoted. Pros My favorite coffee shop in Hollywood turned me onto the Fivestars rewards card. Ive been pleasantly surprised as other business around LA have a similar tie in. I've been able to rack up points and rewards by going to business I already frequent. Pros Might as well use Fivestars, you’re already visiting these businesses and might as well rack up some points in doing so. Some restaurants/places offer great benefits while others are not so great. But, if you’re already visiting these places you might as well earn points in doing so and it helps them to get the customer to keep coming back. It truly did make having a loyalty program super easy. Pros It made loyalty programs super easy. Before we used to use the punch cards and it would be a hassle. People don’t have to carry the physical cards around or lose them. It tracks customers data. For example if a customer hasn’t returned in a while, we could send them emails! Super helpful. Pros Pros: extremely easy to use and very user friendly. I like that you can customize your account by adding a photo of yourself where you keep track of your points. I really like the point system, too. When your getting close or at a reward, it emails you to let you know. All you do is type in your phone number and bam your points are linked to your account and whatever store your using this at can see your points, photo, and add points the second you sign in with your phone number. Cons The least I liked about it is depending on the type of store using it, sometimes it can take awhile to rack up the points. People look for lots of reviews before trusting products on Amazon, so this is essential. Pros Very well integrated with Amazon Seller Central. Simple to use. Nudges customers to leave reviews. Cons It's a little pricey. If you're doing low volume it might not be worthwhile. Larger volume -- definitely a must.
