But if only more places uses Fivestars, I would be happier. Pros I like that it works with other restaurants to give people incentives/offers to encourage customers additional benefits to eating at their restaurants. I remember learning about it in college where some local businesses were offering incentives if you used the 5 Stars loyalty program. If you frequent somewhere that uses Fivestars you would get some good discounts or a free item every so often. Owner Consumer Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Agent Lied about the product" February 25, 2019 1.0 The agent told me that pitch the sale mention that we would get clients in because there are 10k people who has fivestars app around the neighborhood and 3% is the around number that people will come. He also said if we pay upfront we would get a discount and if we do not like fivestars we can cancel but will not get the discount money back. I told him that it's better off going month to month and cancel and he said that it's easier to cancel if we pay if full. It didn't make sense but all the promises he mention was all a lie and fake. Please, this is a scam and I called customer services and to date I have not received a call. Its not like Im asking for all my money, just want what some of it and cancel this crap. Cons The only thing that I dislike is that it's not available everywhere, I love this app and wish they were able to get it in more places like restaurants and coffee shops. So five stars need to get their act together. Pros It’s a great way to receive a discount. Sometimes I feel it could be more user friendly. Cons Went to Asian Garden and I had a redeemable $23 off. Pros Fivestars started out as a great concept for me. I was using it all the time and I would get great rewards at local places I loved. It was nice to get a discount at the places I normally shopped. Cons The biggest problem now is that I don't know if its because I moved and the area I'm in doesn't know or use Fivestars or if its because I updated the app but now it doesn't show my rewards when i go to click on them. March 3, 2019 5.0 I had one issue that didn't have to do with Fivestars but a business from there. Pros I get great rewards when I don't visit a restaurant, making me visit them. It gives us great and immediate access to our best and most loyal customers. The automated system does a great job of creating return business. The ability to create custom promotions pays for the monthly fee. The most important thing is to give your staff training and incentive to sign up your customers to the Five Stars Program. My only complaint is with the birthday promotion. It needs to be more flexible and allow for more detailed offers. Pros Seamless integration with POS system. Cons doesn't work as described, so I cancelled services and 2 months alter I'm still getting charged, they claimed I only cut off 1 store and they kept charging me for 20 locations. A simple Google Sheet does better and is cheaper. Pros Clean user interface, helped me get started with bookkeeping. I used some of the tables to set up my own (better) bookkeeping system on Google Sheets Cons Not user friendly at all when dealing with international currencies and international VAT. It's a huge pain to manually enter information again and again, when it would be so easy to copy and paste in a Google Sheet. Point system is great. Pros Points are all easily displayed for how many you have and how many you need for what coupon.
