I like that I get rewards to go to places I already visit. I don't have to spend anything additional or purchase anything I do not normally purchase to be eligible for a reward. Pros Very user-friendly. I like that you do not have to download an app to utilize. Cons As a consumer, I really do not have any complaints about the software. One issue at a 1000 degrees pizza where they didn’t honor my full reward and Five Stars never responded to my inquiry. Pros Rewards now exist where they didn’t used to. Most of the retailers are small which means they likely wouldn’t have a robust or digital rewards program on their own. Cons Tedious to type in phone number at kiosk. A QR scanner would be a nice addition. Generally takes a minute for cashier to log points. Cons It developed an error just outside of warranty - customer service refuse to help so we have wasted valuable charity funds on a reader used less than 10 times and now have to buy another. Poor quality, poor service, means our precious funds have gone to sum up instead of helping children so we're gutted. In some ways it can be fussy, you have to make sure you zoom in on a particular section Cons The fact that it doesn't populate businesses that use it in your town. The only people who dont understand it are older folks and people without cell phones. It really saves me money and requires little maintenance. Pros One of the things I love about fivestars is, it is really easy to register. All you have to do is download the application and add you name and phone number. I've gotten many discounts and bonuses from the companies i consume/ purchase from.
