If someone is loyal, it gives them rewards and if someone hasn't been back in a while, it reminds them. Cons I found the cost disproportionate to the return you gain by the customers. Fees are reasonable" January 19, 2021 5.0 My overall experience has been positive the app is easy to use the interface in intuitive and the fees are very reasonable Pros A great app with a great product. Stylish design and intuitive app. In was nervous about how much talking card payments would cost me but the fees are so reasonable I can't fault the product Cons The only issue I have found with the software that in would think of as a con is if you start a transaction and the customer asks to add a tip you can't cancel the transaction you have to wait till it times out. Pros It costs nothing and I’ve already received awesome bonuses just for shopping at restaurants and stores I already go to! I find the rewards are better than traditional coupons, and incentivize me to continue giving business to some great places! The app is easy to understand and intuitive Cons It struggles a bit when I don’t have excellent data or WiFi, compared to other apps. It's quite simple, you don't need to have an app opened, or card ready, you just enter your phone number as you make your order or purchase Cons It is not intuitive that your points are all separated by vendor. Initially I didn't get why I saw points right away from a purchase and then when I go use it (at another vendor) I saw my points gone. It helps encourage me to spend money at these places I do frequently go to, as opposed to just window shopping. I feel like I get more for my money, as most points never expire and can be used at any locations at any time. Cons There’s nothing particular about FiveStars itself that discourages my use. Although i enjoy getting perks I do not have software installed on any of my devices I only enter it on a few food places i go to. I am happy to provide my feedback on a program but not on a usage. Pros I like that it saves me much needed dollars. Were it not for my limited iPhone storage, I'd use the app too. In addition, the reviews at the App Store aren't "glowing" and, for the most part, I avoid loading any apps that don't have rave reviews. But I do like that I get to save money whilst buying my products. I'd say ya'll have some tweaking to do to get those reviews up. But then...what do I know? (grin) Cons See above. I love getting text messages of offers from places I've been to before. It's convenient to save the offers for later. I enjoy things even more and get satisfaction of putting my phone number into the 5 stars tablet. Pros The ability to access discounts and offers to enjoy poke or other places makes the visit even sweeter. Cons It isn't in more places!
