I prefer this reward program to others I have seen out there. Pros I like that the rewards are tangible and that you actually get to use them for real-world savings on food and beverages. Also it is so easy to use! Cons That you can not see more about your history and features on the app to check what you have earned in rewards and used them for. Also would like to see it available at more retailers. With the app, the experience is smooth and eco-friendly! Pros I like how I can track my points for each individual company very easily on the app. It also is environmentally friendly and prevents me from having a stack of stamp cards to keep track of! Cons For companies like Tasty Pot and sit-in restaurants, we have to write our number on the receipt and have them input it manually into the system. I sometimes don't get the notification right away that I received my points so human mistakes like forgetting to look at the bottom of the receipt for a number is possible. Pros I have a fivestar account for once upon a child and a local icecream shop. I like that it keeps track of my rewards for both in one place. I also like that it alerts me about deals. It’s all linked through my phone number. Cons I wish there were more companies who used it. That way they could all be in one place. Now it’s just another rewards program.
