To me that’s worth it, the app is free and easy to use. Pros Love that you can now get rewards for some store and restaurants that didn’t have a rewards program before. I also like the reward system for the restaurants. I like the app and I’ve been using it for a couple of months and my family and I like it a lot. Overall my experience has been enlightening when you see our return customers build points. Pros I volunteer at the Habitat for Hmanity Restore so I see the benefits from both sides. I like most about the software is it’s features that I can add personal information about our customers. Cons Can’t think of any cons of the software. Additionally, I also like how I can get free drinks occasionally. Cons The thing that I like the least about this software for Supercue in particular is that I can only earn points through ordering drinks, I wish I was able to earn points through drinks and food. Pros it's easy to use and it makes going to these restaurants and spots feel more worth it. Cons I just wish places gave you more for your money. I just have to text “Yes” back to accept. It’s so easy and gives me incentive to patron a couple of local businesses. It’s easy and I don’t feel hassled in any way. If I’m not interested I just don’t respond. Pros I get deals texted to me every 2-3 weeks for places I go fairly often, or would like to go to more. March 30, 2019 5.0 I honestly haven't been able to receive a ton of rewards through it, but it's always good to see how close I am. Pros I'm always excited when I see that a business uses Fivestars. What I like most is that it's a rewards program that doesn't require me to carry a card (like a punch card) and a lot of businesses use it. Cons The thing I liked least is that it's hard to read all the rewards that are "close" while making a transaction. I like the connections between all the features. The rewards program is excellent Cons There were no major overall cons. I think five star is great for small businesses building a customer base. Pros I like five star because it's an aggregate rewards program. So I don't have to carry around Punch cards or coupons or whatever, it's all available by phone number Cons Sometimes I feel like employees don't explain it to customers very well. The physical place might advertise it, so that's how you'll know they are part of program, otherwise is hard to find out who is part of it. Entering your phone number and not having to remember a password is very convenient! Pros Fivestars Rewards are great for customers who want to be rewarded for shopping frequently at businesses that they enjoy. The rewards are very easy to redeem and don't spam up your messages app. Some of the rewards are actually quite good ;-) Cons I don't use the app on my phone very much because I usually just enter my phone number at the tablet/iPad when checking out.
