It's amazing Pros You know I had 5 star but not the app. Well years later I got the app, it can do so many things. I found places that use five star I didn't know about. Perks are sweet too. Pros Not much other than sign up was easy. I filled out a card at the restaurant. Cons I would prefer not to have to give my phone number each time I use this. An app with a scan code would be great, similar to what Lettuce Entertain You restaurants use. You check in at the location and a code pops up that the server then enters. I also have no idea if I've earned point at all, how can I check balances and how many points I need to earn more rewards. It was not easy to use and I don't recommend using it. Pros Honestly, there is nothing that I like about this product... It was very difficult to use and set up. There were a few times when I entered my number on the keypad and was not sure if I received my points for my purchase. When I asked the employee, they are hesitant or pretend they looked but there is not real evidence. I would like my assurance that every dollar spent is going towards the reward system.
