Pros I use this program daily. I like it a lot. I am able to see all of the employees information/ disciplinary. It is very helpful with yearly appraisals. Cons The main con I have is I am limited on what I can do as the HR person. I am able to start appraisals but unable to see the final appraisal. I have to ask the managers to print the appraisal out for me. Pros This software has everything needed to get going in the HR world. It is easy to use and the set up is straight forward. There is a remarks section which is able to be used to add some notes and comments.
