\- easy to use - clear and understandable - modern and colorful design, interesting graphics - overall quality is good - stable and well-functioning software

Cons

\- sometimes emails are delivered to the wrong inbox folder (promotions) - questions are often repetitive or quite similar to each other

Pros

ENME offers actionable tips and tricks to improve team engagement depending on my personal score. After the survey, people want improvements and we can actually make things happen.

Cons

Some views are difficult to grasp, for example, it took a long time to figure out how to ask my team open ended questions. UX could be improved

Pros

Open questions and suggestions - tips are nice. Statistics about Engagement and statistics, to track actions and scale the results.

Cons

Hard to understand some statistics, like pNPS, nNPS. Comparison is not usable in my case, might work for many Departments
