It's easy to use, accesible and with a wide variety of rewards. Pros The fact that they are constantly upgrading the rewards while taking internal feedback into account. Cons The fact that they added a fee for claiming Paypal rewards, and this can't be bypassed. Also, contrary to their way of doing things, this is not something that was shared with the end users. Pros allows me to give points to whom ever I would like that is in the my corporation. Especially my supervisors, managers, Directors. I was able to give to my Director's boss for allowing us OT and she turned around and gave back. Cons I haven't had a hiccup as of yet. I wish we could cash in points when we don't use them up. Like for gift cards. That is the only thing that I would like to use the points. Other than that everything is good. Points required for gift cards seem to be a good value. Recognizing coworkers is easy and fun. Cons Our organization uses Bucketlist to recognize coworkers for helping each other out, birthdays, etc. I have not had any issues with using Bucketlist. It is also nice that others can send special messages to me while contributing points to help accumulate so that we can all later treat ourselves to any of the several options available, whether it is a gift card or a small trip to certain locations on the lists. Cons I think the only thing I would like to point out is the limit of 15 points per month. There are moments that can be challenging in having to decide how to split the points within a group, if it is a large group, and everyone being acknowledge participated in a great event that they all well deserve a big acknowledgment but 1 point each is just not enough.
