Cons That there isnt a special recognition button like Employee of the month. We are starting a new incentative and we are using bucketlist to award them a 20-25 dollar gift card. The user interface is easy to use, and there are so many gift cards you can choose from. I like that it doesn't cost a cent to us employees. Cons I just wish we had more points to spend but I suppose it's dependent on your company. My main issue is when you have a non-rounded number of points there is nothing to do with the extra points; for example if you have 1542 points there is nothing you can spend the 2 extra points on. It would be nice if there were either options to spend any number of points, or if there was some mechanism in giving or receiving points that causes your point count to always be a rounded number. Pros It is fun to be able to pick out exactly what I want as my reward. And it is an exciting experience to be rewarded for our work ethic. I feel like the value of the items are reasonable. And the ease of the process is great. I am huge on security of my information and I feel safe using the BucketList. I was pleasantly surprise that I received the items as quickly as it stated, that was exciting as well. Also, I truly appreciate having surveys to see what works best for us. Cons I feel like the amount of points used in place of the Tax is a bit too much. I wish there was a few more options for children's toys, clothes and hunting cameras. With the gift cards a lot of times you have to get 2 different cards to use your 50pts, due to the fact that there is not a 50pt card. If you are celebrating someone it takes just a few moments. The ability to add pictures and gif are a bonus to represent how you feel. Even the redemption process is quick and easy depending on what you choose. Clear communication in the process and when you should receive your redemption choice. Cons It would be nice to be able to leave an emoji or photo when replying back to the acknowledgement you received. You have the option to comment and love but to be able to express your gratitude back would be a plus.
