Pros Our company uses this tool extensively for thank you's and recognition. It's easy to give and receive points. The variety of options for redeeming points is excellent. Our employee engagement with the tool is high. Cons The tool is difficult for employees with limited or no access to email. The notification process about the points is a challenge. I especially appreciate the variety of redemption options, there are plenty of great choices, and the ability to receive rewards like gift cards quickly is a major plus. Cons At this time, I don't have any significant concerns or dislikes about the program itself. Very easy to use, maneuver. Great selection of gifts to choose from. Pros It is a great way to recognize your teams and let everyone know what a fine job they are doing. Shows others what it is like to be recognize hopefully encouraging them to do a good job. Cons That contractors cannot be recognized via bucket list. We get taxed on gift cards. I think it is a great program and we should all use it more often. Pros It is so easy to use. It is also a great way to give a shout out to your employees or coworkers. Really helps build workplace moral. Cons As a manager I have received this feedback from a few employees. With the gift cards a lot of times you have to get 2 different cards to use your 50pts, due to the fact that there is not a 50pt card. It makes it more personal and easy to get. Pros There are so many options to choose from to use points. The amount of points used per dollar of award seems reasonable too. Awards are very easy to redeem and receive very quickly after selection. Cons The rewards are taxable but still a nice gesture and appreciated. Pros What I liked most about Bucketlist is the ability to redeem gift cards and earn points for hard work, allowing you to put those rewards to good use. Cons What I liked least about Bucketlist is that it takes a long time to accumulate enough points, and some of the prizes can be quite expensive. It has been a great experience so far. Pros I like that I can acknowledge my peers' and their accomplishments. It is also nice that others can send special messages to me while contributing points to help accumulate so that we can all later treat ourselves to any of the several options available, whether it is a gift card or a small trip to certain locations on the lists. Cons I think the only thing I would like to point out is the limit of 15 points per month. There are moments that can be challenging in having to decide how to split the points within a group, if it is a large group, and everyone being acknowledge participated in a great event that they all well deserve a big acknowledgment but 1 point each is just not enough. The platform is easy to use, clear, and well organized. It’s very easy to redeem rewards and to recognize someone internally, which makes it great for team engagement. The redemption process is also pretty fast, which is a big plus. Even though there are a few small improvements that could be made, overall it has been a smooth and helpful experience. Pros Bucketlist is very easy to use and simple to navigate. The layout is clean, and everything is straightforward, which makes it quick to get started. I liked how user-friendly it is, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. Cons I haven’t found any major issues so far. However, from my point of view, some of the rewards feel a bit expensive. It would also help to have more reward options, especially local ones. Since we’re in Romania, some international rewards (like Amazon) aren’t always very practical for us. Pros The platform was easy to use and secure. I enjoy knowing that my company recognizes me for the hard work that I do and the offerings are a good value for the money that is charged. And the ease of the process is great. I am huge on security of my information and I feel safe using the BucketList. I was pleasantly surprise that I received the items as quickly as it stated, that was exciting as well. Also, I truly appreciate having surveys to see what works best for us. Cons I feel like the amount of points used in place of the Tax is a bit too much. I wish there was a few more options for children's toys, clothes and hunting cameras.
