Pros Our company uses this tool extensively for thank you's and recognition. It's easy to give and receive points. The variety of options for redeeming points is excellent. Our employee engagement with the tool is high. Cons The tool is difficult for employees with limited or no access to email. The notification process about the points is a challenge. The experience with Bucketlist is great and enjoy picking out a reward. Pros Very easy to use. Notification was received very quickly that the request was received and gift card was available. Points required for gift cards seem to be a good value. Recognizing coworkers is easy and fun. Cons Our organization uses Bucketlist to recognize coworkers for helping each other out, birthdays, etc. I have not had any issues with using Bucketlist. Pros It offered a variety of different vendors you could choose to redeem your gift card balance with. I chose to use mine with Hibbett Sports. This is a popular shoe company in the south. It was fast and easy to redeem when transferred to the site to checkout. Cons I didn't like that I wasn't aware of this site sooner. Before coming to this company, I had never heard of this site before, nor did I know what they offered. It could be marketed more, and it would probably be a lot more popular among employers. The platform is easy to use, clear, and well organized. It’s very easy to redeem rewards and to recognize someone internally, which makes it great for team engagement. The redemption process is also pretty fast, which is a big plus. Even though there are a few small improvements that could be made, overall it has been a smooth and helpful experience. Pros Bucketlist is very easy to use and simple to navigate. The layout is clean, and everything is straightforward, which makes it quick to get started. I liked how user-friendly it is, even for someone who isn’t very tech-savvy. Cons I haven’t found any major issues so far. However, from my point of view, some of the rewards feel a bit expensive. It would also help to have more reward options, especially local ones. Since we’re in Romania, some international rewards (like Amazon) aren’t always very practical for us. Gives joy to employees when they do something good earning points to get awesome gift cards and other gifts. Pros You can give any coworkers within the company points for amazing work they do. Everyone can see why they received the point and add more to them. Cons Sometimes it can take a while to earn up some points to get a good amount gift card. Pros It is fun to be able to pick out exactly what I want as my reward. And it is an exciting experience to be rewarded for our work ethic. I feel like the value of the items are reasonable. And the ease of the process is great. I am huge on security of my information and I feel safe using the BucketList. I was pleasantly surprise that I received the items as quickly as it stated, that was exciting as well. Also, I truly appreciate having surveys to see what works best for us. Cons I feel like the amount of points used in place of the Tax is a bit too much. I wish there was a few more options for children's toys, clothes and hunting cameras. The user interface is easy to use, and there are so many gift cards you can choose from. I like that it doesn't cost a cent to us employees. Cons I just wish we had more points to spend but I suppose it's dependent on your company. My main issue is when you have a non-rounded number of points there is nothing to do with the extra points; for example if you have 1542 points there is nothing you can spend the 2 extra points on. It would be nice if there were either options to spend any number of points, or if there was some mechanism in giving or receiving points that causes your point count to always be a rounded number. Pros The bucket list is inspiring and motivating to continue to work on building my skills to be better and also it felt good to be recognized for things that I've done well.
