It's great to read recognition in our company Slack channel and I feel it contributes to a positive work environment. Pros It has a slick user interface, intuitive user experience and a handy search function. Search results are presented in a nice format. Giving credit where credit is due is a worthwhile activity and Bucketlist makes it easy. Pros I enjoy being able to show co-workers how much they are appreciated and that they are not forgotten. Cons The limits in the amount of points we are able to award our co-workers. The team seems to like giving recognition to other team members. Pros I think the fact that the redemptions are instant is one of my favorite things. I have redeemed points for two different retailers' gift cards and got them right away. I didn't know I wanted the redemption until I saw the product, and then wanted it at that time. I love using it and redeeming points. It makes me work harder at my job so I can earn more points! Pros The feature that is most impactful for my coworkers is the Gif option. We all get such a good laugh when we find the perfect meme to attach to our rewards. All the software is pretty easy to use. Cons Honestly, the software is easy to use. I have mainly used it for gift cards, and the process is simple to redeem, get the gift card email and plug it in to the store. Pros Bucketlist allowed me to quickly redeemed my earned points for a hotels.com gift card. The e-gift card arrived in my inbox almost immediately, and was easily redeemed on the hotels.com website. Cons that when you try to redeem a gift card after you receive one , it says report to HR doesn't know what to do. It wont like you redeem but just one and then glitches. That needs to be fixed !
