Pros

I've been a Bucketlist user for the last 5 months and I think it's a good idea to promote company values and build a team. I would highlight that it is very easy to use both to give recognition to your teammates and when you want to get rewards for the points your teammates give you.

Cons

At the moment I can't find anything that I don't like.

I have only had positive experiences with this program. It has allowed me to keep in contact with some team members and I have received positive feedback from some people where I didn't expect it.

Pros

Each team member provides some sort of positive feedback to other team members. Included in this is that those receiving the feedback are also rewarded with points. The points can be turned in for tangible rewards.

Cons

The rewards must be treated as income and so are taxed.

I like that can provide instant kudos and feedback to co-workers in the moment and not wait for a monthly or quarterly timetable. I also like that our rewards are immediately available to use or save up for bigger rewards.

Pros

Bold subject lines which makes the software easy to navigate with clear instructions

Cons

You can see all/everyone rewards not just by department but this could be a setting issue that I have not set up yet. I don't recall upon first use if it asked about this setting.

I am able to select from a list of goal ideas for my personal bucketlist and to recognize my co-workers.

Cons

It would be nice to allow users to redeem points from Steam, Amazon or Apple store. Or allowing a user to challenge someone.

Pros

The ease of use is great! I can log in, and within a couple of clicks I can issue recognitions, redeem my dollars, and view history of past recognitions. This is a huge improvement to our previous product.

Cons

I have nothing bad to say from a user perspective.

Pros

Because I consider myself technologically challenged, I was surprised at how easy it was to use.

Cons

I ordered a VISA gift card to be redeemed and used the virtual card rather than the physical card. I was a bit nervous about being able to use it wherever I wanted like a plastic card, so I'm only using it for online purchases.

Easy program to use. Let's me personalize my recognition to meet the individual needs of my employees. We were able to use our CORE Values in our recognition. Our employee's are able to use their points for gift cards of their own choosing.

The office as a whole likes how easy the software is to use, and how easy it was to get started using.

In the past, we had to request Visa gift cards. It was cumbersome and time consuming. Now we just have to find the person's name and award them points, along with a description of their great work. It is so easy!

The ease of use and how little time it takes to leave recognition for someone.

It is nice that the company chose Bucketlist to recognize employees, prior to Bucketlist we did not have any way to recognize employees.

It would be nice if employees who receive the "Beacon Bucks" could transfer them to other employees.

We are fairly new to both Bucketlist and employee recognition programs but to date the experience is very positive. The site is very intuitive to both recognize another member and also to redeem points.

Pros

This is a great solution for improving member engagement. It's nice to be able to provide recognition to your peers for the value they provide you and your organization in a way that is not as structured as the performance review process. It allows us to value the little things that often go unnoticed. The point redemption process is also very quick and seamless. The instructions are all very clear.

Cons

There are no improvements i would make at this point.

Great - Very quick and simple

Pros

Once I clicked on "Redeem" it was less than a minute before I received an email with a Claim Code and a link to Amazon. Applying the funds to my account was very simple.

Cons

The only issue I saw was that the Experiences you could choose from did not include any in my home city.
