Pros It is nice that the company chose Bucketlist to recognize employees, prior to Bucketlist we did not have any way to recognize employees. " May 20, 2020 5.0 We are fairly new to both Bucketlist and employee recognition programs but to date the experience is very positive. The site is very intuitive to both recognize another member and also to redeem points. Pros This is a great solution for improving member engagement. It's nice to be able to provide recognition to your peers for the value they provide you and your organization in a way that is not as structured as the performance review process. It allows us to value the little things that often go unnoticed. The point redemption process is also very quick and seamless. The instructions are all very clear. So east to reward your employees and give recognition to people and good deeds. When points given, add up there are so many options to reward yourself with.
